Outstanding. This is an owner operated business, and it was my pleasure doing business with such a kind gentleman! His manners were impeccable and the job was completed by the next day. The cost was nominal compared to the work that he performed. It feels GREAT knowing that there are still folks around to repair items that most people consider throw away. The vacuum now works better than ever and I do appreciate this man's efforts. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

This was our third time using Elite, and everything was great as usual. The staff is always friendly, the prices are quite fair, and they consistently do good work. In fact, we don't mind making the extended trip to their shop because they do such a great job for us.

WHEN I CALLED I SPOKE WITH DON, I TOLD HIM THAT OF ALL THE VACUUMS I'VE HAD, NO MATTER WHAT THE PRICE, MOST OF THEM DIDN'T PICK UP THE FINE DUST AND LEFT 95% OF THE CAT LITTER, I ASKED IF I GOT A VACUUM AND IT DIDN'T PICK UP THE LITTER WOULD I BE ABLE TO RETURN IT. HE SAID YES AND SAID TO BRING SOME LITTER AND WE'D CHECK IT OUT. I TOLD HIM THE VACUUM I WANTED AND HE SAID THAT THAT ONE WAS MAINLY USED ON CARPET AND HE RECOMMENDED THE SAME BRAND BUT A LESS EXPENSIVE ONE THAT WAS FOR SMOOTH SURFACES. ONLY A REALLY GOOD SALESMAN WOULD DO THAT! DON EXPLAINED AND SHOWED ME ALL THE FEATURES OF THE VACUUM IN GREAT DETAIL. HE REALLY KNOWS HIS VACUUMS. IT DID PICK UP ALL THE LITTER!!! WHEN I USED IT AT HOME THE FIRST TIME IT ACTUALLY PICKED UP THE LITTER AND THE FINE DUST!!! DON ALSO GAVE ME AN EXTREMELY FAIR PRICE. I JUST WISH HE DID OTHER THINGS BECAUSE I WOULD HIRE HIM IN A HEART BEAT! THERE IS NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES HERE, ONLY HONESTY AND TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I REALLY CAN'T GIVE ENOUGH PRAISE FOR DON AND I KNOW IT WILL BE WORTH YOUR WHILE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FINE GENTLEMAN.

Brought our 4-5 year old Oreck in because it had just stopped working. The gentleman we spoke with asked us to leave it so they could check to see what the problem was. A day or two later they called to say the problem was the motor, which had burned out. They also suggested we have a new belt installed and new brushes, which we agreed to have done. They did have to order a new motor so it probably took about a week before they called to say the vacuum was ready.

I took my 6 year old Dyson to the store because the brushes quit spinning. They diagnosed the problem while I was there and gave me a quote to repair it and install a new filter. They told me it would be a few days but within two days I got a phone call saying it was ready. I picked up the machine and it looked as good as new. They gave it a thorough cleaning and even removed the splattered paint from all over it. The machine runs like a champ and for the first time since I purchased it, I was actually anxious to vacuum!

The service and quality of work at Elite Vacuums Plus was excellent and the price was very reasonable. I bought my Miele Calisto canister vacuum cleaner in early 2009 in South Carolina and used it very sparingly for the next three years. I decided this month (March 2012) that it was time to have it serviced. I looked up the nearest Miele dealer/repair rep on the company's website and found Elite Vacuums Plus. I took my vacuum in on a Thursday afternoon and had them service not only the canister vacuum cleaner but also the powered brush attachment as well. While I was in the store, I bought two other brush attachments. They quoted me a price of $70 for the servicing, not including any filters or other parts that would need replacing. The next day, I received a call from the store manager saying my vacuum was ready. He stated that since the filters were very good condition, he saw no need to replace them, thereby saving me some money. He did some other work on the vacuum as well, of which I can't remember exactly, and his cleaning, nee scrubbing, of the canister's exterior made it look almost brand new. He also put a new bag into the vacuum free-of-charge. When asked if they offered military discounts, they said they don't have one, but I did get a store discount. Needless to say, all this things added up to a fantastic visit. If any of my friends are in the market for a new vacuum cleaner, I will be sure to point them towards Elite Vacuums Plus. Their high-quality work, knowledgeable service, and business integrity have greatly impressed me.
