Alan came out, inspected the old unit and got it running in 30 minutes. He showed the pressure readings to me and also the current draw of the compressor. Alan told me it is running, it may work for a few days or a year. He couldn’t be sure. He gave us two estimates. We called several other companies. We went back to Elite and asked them to replace it. Three men arrived in an hour or so. Worked for 4 hours and the job was done. It works great. They did the job, cleaned up and scheduled a man to come out to paint the attic acces. Great people.

I received quotes for the same job (replacing a leaking 26 year old evaporator coil in my attic) between $2,500 and $3,800 (still laughing at a ridiculous quote of $16,000 from the YES people for a completely new system). Elite was not the cheapest, but given the mostly good reviews I decided to give them a shot. For $2,800 I received a ADP Evaporator Coil, install and test. The crew of 3 showed up at 8:45 and finished at 9:55. Great experience.

Salesman's made statements that didn?t appear to be factual when job was completed. Installation was ok but not near the expectation set by the salesman. Reached out to vendor to resolve issues that made matters worse. The crew sent to rectify the issue did sloppy work, uncooperative leaving the job worse than when the arrived. I ended completing the work myself. The units didn?t meet expectations as they appear to be dinged/beat up. Not what I expected for Tran. After my initial interaction with the vendor it should be noted I didn?t reach again to get resolution to the overall job.

Talked to Jay and he gave me a rough estimate before coming out as I had several contractors out but then they had no product in stock to sell, so I did not want to waste his or my time. A final estimate was given in person that afternoon. I wanted a 16 SEER. They were out of 16 Trane's, also but Jay found me a 16XL Trane and it was installed promptly in about 3 hours the next day by Tony's crew. 5 stars is perfect and they did not offer to change my filters while they were here so a ding, Will see how customer service is over the next few years. I believe all HVAC installers are overpriced compared to other cities/states but you need the system here so they know you will pay. So, get 3+ quotes to make sure you get the system you want not what they want to sell you.

Elite sent a tech for a ac repair,we were told the ac unit had froze up due to dirty air filters,the air filters I replaced just 3 weeks ago.Called another ac company and they found a wiring repair that was needed and no evidence the unit had froze up.Nick Nano is a CROOK,stay away from this company

Replacement AC system...Talk to Jay for best insight, knowledge, response time to write a solid quote and best PRICE. Installers worked as an integrated team and all done in under 3 hours. Great clean up after as well. Would HIGHLY recommend this company !!

They are great, the equipment they sale Trane is top of the line, trust me I did a lot of research. I got 3 other estimates and these guys were not the lowest nor the highest but you want a company who has been in business for a long time and will be here to support your needs when it may arise.

Elite replaced my air conditioning unit and upsold me on replacing my heating unit, as well last summer even though there was nothing wrong with the heater. It cost $7000. The next day I had water leaking from the ceiling into my garage and onto my car. They came out and fixed the leak and said that the next couple of tune-ups would be covered for me. I made an appointment for a tune-up last week with a very rude lady over the phone. It was for a 4-6 pm window last week and when they no call no showed for my appointment, I called them at 6:10 pm. The gentleman said he did not see my appointment and all his men were given the night off to vote for the election, but all the polls close at 7 pm. I begged him to have someone come out because it was my only day off for the month, and he said no. I asked how long the appointment would take and he said no more than 30 minutes. I asked if they could come out Saturday from 3-3:30 pm and he said no. What happened to me was completely unprofessional and there is no excuse for not calling me and cancelling my appointment. Having to sit at home for 2 hours on my only day off all month for nothing has been a huge inconvenience to me.

I have used this Company for 7 years. They are Professional, fast and less expensive than any I tried before. I called them twice this summer, Both times they came in less than an hour and also charged the Gas at 2 LBs. both calls and repairs? $139.00 total. I am thrilled with this company.

I was very impressed with Jay the technician and Kendra in the office. After I made the request for them to replace the A/C unit they came the next morning completed the work quickly. The price was exactly as quoted in their proposal. I am very happy with this company.

They had to cut a hole in the ceiling and come back and Patch it up and it did a very good job of patching up and clean up. Very good workers and respond and a very good install.

Our AC had gone out. The rep called within 5 minutes. He came out and was very thorough. Great price and done promptly.

Employees were polite and professional. However we would appreciate more if they will be wearing shoe covers esp. now that we have coronavirus 19. Their shoes were a little bit dirty so they left stains on our carpet.

I have dealt with other HVAC companies and I been very disappointed over the years with how they take advantage of Dire situation your in....(it s 108* degree and your AC goes out.) ELITE AC installed an American made TRANE A/C that s efficient, quiet, and great quality for the money.

Alan the HVAC Technician and Jesus the plumber were very professional and most thorough in inspecting air conditioners in two houses. Jesus flushed the hot water heaters at two houses and completed the job very promptly. Since we're dealing with corona virus they wore masks and took all necessary protections to protect the client.

this installation required both HVAC and plumbing. Elite was both. Actually early for appointment (that's different) and they did a great job working in a tight space and not dinging walls. I would vouch for this company to my own family.

This company installed a new A/C Unit at my house. 9/16/2019 by Felipe Serranco, the Theicnician did an excellent job, fast and effective. Very professional and honest person. I will recommend this company very highly to any one in Las Vegas who are looking to instal new A/C system. Also jay, the salesperson was very respectful and knowledgable.
