very reasonable pricing. compare to other 2 companies Elite Heating an Air Conditioning had the lowest price to come out and diagnose the problem.

the man that came out was the BEST customer service I have had since I got here in 89. could not have picked a better company to work with. will hire them again if I need help. will recomened them to ANYBODY! and EVERYBODY.

came on time, diagnoised the problem as being a warranty issue and recommended we contact the original installing company as they would be able to do better warrant/costwise. Our unit was repaired under warranty. They could have charged $800 plus to fix the unit. Because of their honesty I will definitely call them next time I have an issue.

They were the first to respond (within 12 hours). They promptly came and evaluated the situation, made the lowest cost recomendation, which I accpted. They then completed the job in 24 hours.

Very professional but they said I needed a new air conditionaing unit. Someone was suppose to contact me last Monday - a week ago - about getting a new unit an to this date - no one has contacted me. Gentlemen who came were knowledgeable but it's unacceptable to leave me hanging this way. They signed me up for their maintenance plan and took my money but no follow-up to my present problem.

Armondo showed up earlier than expected, (which was awesome) found the issue with my air conditioning, which was another ac companies mess up (Mannring Air, rip offs,). After being told by another co. that I needed a whole new unit. I called Elite he came right over and charged my unit. I was very happy to find an honest repairman. From now on Elite and Armando get all my bussiness and I'll recomend them to all my friends and family.
