I think my technician did a good job inspecting and cleaning the air conditioner.

They were all professional and explained each step of replacing out air conditioner and the duct cleaning.

I had a lot of difficulty with this company. The technician was unethical and I felt scammed. After a month and complaints filed, eventually my concerns were resolved. Just get EVERYTHING IN WRITING. If you are told something, get it in writing. If you are led to believe something, get it in writing. If you have every detail in writing then you know you will get exactly what was told to you. Otherwise money profits to the company may take place over your needs and discussions that may have taken place.

Though there was some problem with the scheduling of the two appointments I made. The owner was more then responsible in handling his business. The serviceman, Sean, was great and did a very good job. For the price you can't beat the service. I have become a full time customer and do recommend them to anyone looking for an air-conditioning and heating repair and service company.

The two workers were on time, worked hard, took no breaks, cleaned up and had the enter A/C and furnance package in, in a little over 4 hours. Surprise visit by boss Armando making sure everything was okay. Follow up inspection by a tech who made sure all was correct a few days later. Same day the air vent cleaners came and cleaned out vents. Even the 17 year old who worked on vents was mature, clean cut, hard working and knowlegeable. Would highly use this company again....if ever needed.

Working with Elite Heating & Air Conditioning was a pleasure. From the first call to the last handshake the whole experience was honest and straight forward. DJ the technician was very helpful and actually showed me step by step what he was doing to fix the problem. We unfortunately encountered more problems then we initially anticipated but Elite was quick to help us decide which route was best for our family. I would recommend Elite to anyone.

They did a sloppy job whith the wiring. They said will comeback never did. I call them twice ,but never show up. Wiring still lose.

The repairman arrived in a timely manner. The unit is 25 years old. He could have sold me a new unit or made a lot of unnecessary "repairs" but he didn't. Instead he made a minor inexpensive repair. The unit is operating efficiently. I recommend, and will use, Elite Heating & Air Conditioning in the future.

The diagnostic of my heating system was explained in detail and I was shown where the faults were. I felt confident I wasn't being cheated and the price was fair. They were on time and the work was very through.

Other than one thing, everything was great. I was called immediately after submitting my request. The only problem was that the gal in charge of scheduling said she did not see that the tech was supposed to meet me between 12-1230pm. However, he did get there as soon as he could (1:05pm) and did a nice and efficient job. I was pleased overall.
