A crew of true professionals,arrived on time and knew exactly what and how to do it. The equipment was as specified in the proposal, and the cost was reasonable.

Had to have service call day after installation. 1 of 3 units installed was not working and installers couldn't figure it out. Ends up the a-c power switch to the air handler had been broken by the installers. Had to pay over $100 service call to replace $1 switch that their install crew had broken the day before. Other than that, crew was courteous and efficient. Quick delivery and install.

We received a quote from Alan Furkawa to replace our air conditioner and heating air handler. We had 4 other quotes and selected Elite as we were comfortable with the company and products. The installers arrived on time and covered the floors and stairs where they would be working. Raul, Sam and Chris did a wonderful and efficient job. They finished in 5 hours and cleaned up before they left. They tested and determined that all of the equipment was working before they left. We are very happy with Elite and would recommend them to family and friends.
