Elite Heating & Air Conditioning

We are from another state and totally unfamiliar with any contractors in the area. We recently bought this home and were visiting for a long weekend when we realized the A/C wasn't working. I spoke with them at 7:30 a.m. and they were at the house by 9:30. We had a new A/C installed and completed (crane to lift into backyard, as well) by 11:30. The price was extremely reasonable. The staff very knowledgable and respectful of our home. We could not have asked for better service. Thanks!!!!

I called on a Saturday morning when I realized my air was out. They responded within seconds of placing the request on the site, and was out to my house, problem fixed and gone within less than 2 hours. I like the fact that they were honest! I will definately use them again!

Overall great/excellent response and work. The onsite repair person billed me for 3 1/2 hours when, in fact, the job didn't take more than 2 1/2 hours. I'm concerned there may be financial incentives for repair people to increase billed hours.

I had to have this repair on Sunday the day before 4th of July, and I was expecting huge week-end/holiday charges. But I was pleasantly surprised that there were none! Ken, the repair man, was very helpful & polite. Elite turned a negative into a positive for me!!

Solved my AC problem in a timely manner while it is 110+ degree outside. In another project, they found out that the broken condensor was within warranty. It saved me a lot of money.

our airconditioner went out at 1:00 pm , and was completly functional by 6:00 pm . The motor was burnt out of the airconditioner they had the replacement motor in the van , it took 40-45 mins. to repair, and Jason was very polite and efficiant.

My air conditioning suddenly went out when temperatures outside were well above 100 degrees. I called Elite first thing in the morning and an experienced sales rep/technician arrived 45 minutes later. There was no high pressure sales technique. The price quoted for complete replacement of condenser and air handler situated in the (hot) attic was the lowest of all bids for high quality, energy efficient, Trane system. The sales rep offered to have system installed same day/late afternoon but we elected to install following morning when it was cooler. Job was completed professionally, worker were extremely neat, and system works great. I

this company is pitiful, I complained about the job being incomplete and was promised a follow-up by the service manager but none was completed. The job is still incomplete and still not reply from the service manager

They called immediately even though it was not an emergency call they were here within an hour. They checked everything out and found that no work was needed at this time. The tech was very pleasant and knowlegable and in the future I will only call Elite for any heating or cooling problems

I can't recommend Elite highly enough. I have dealt with several A/C companies, and none of them compare to Elite. Every person that I have had contact with from the company has been very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. I recently replaced my A/C unit. Jesse was the tech that worked with me. He was able to answer all of my questions, and even called the owner of the company (on speaker) so that we could both talk to him together. I spoke to several other companies about the job. Jesse was clearly the most knowledgeable and well-trained. They did the work on time and cleaned-up everything. Elite is the best in town--period.

They were quick to respond, quick to get the job done, but never sent a receipt like they said they would. I'd hire them again, but would get the job in writing first so I have a record of the work done.

Did a wonderful job, was very fast immediate responce and fixed it. will deffinetly use them again.

I had two heat pump units replaced, the price was reasonable and they delivered when they said they would. A very hard working crew. They were courteous, carefull and cleaned up after they finished. I received a complimentary air duct cleaning the next day and then they followed up with any patching and painting as necessary. Would certainly recommend them.
