Elite was very fast to contact me after submitting my service request and got someone to my home to take a look at my leaking water heater that same day. Great service considering I first spoke to them at about 3:30pm. The cleaned up the mess and were out the next morning to replace the water heater. Again, great service in a time of need- thank you.

Its been a problem for awhile with my kitchen sink drain finally had Elite come in and work on it. So far so good the staff members are very helpful thanks.

Elite made an appointment, came on time, diagnosed the problem, went and got the parts, went back because the programming wasn't right fixed the A/C, and it has ben humming right along ever since. I couldn't have asked for more! I was more than pleaed. And they honored my extended Trane warrenty.

The tech person that serviced our AC was professional and very helpful with diagnosing the problem and repairing the AC. I believe the cost for the repair was on the higher end, but overal we were satisfied with the service provided.
