Had two Trane heating and air conditioner systems installed in January 2013. Elite crew were very professional and knowledgeable. The installation appears to be done very well. The heating system work greats, but will have to wait until summer to fully evaluate the air conditioners. Elite gave us one year of free maintenance and then will be the warranty servicer for Trane.

They were very professional and courteous. They could not fix my leaky toilet until the third day because it was freezing in Las Vegas and they were dealing with a lot of frozen pipe emergencies but my leak wasn�t really that bad. They also replaced my main shut off valve as it was corroded.

The plumber was on time and very professional. Did the work quickly and well. enjoyed talking to him as he worked. i would hire them again.

Pete was prompt, very qualified and completed the job in less than an hour. Very satisified.

Full disclosure, our final selection was through Lowe's. We had included Lowe's in our search not knowing the ID of its preferred installer, and were scheduled for site visit from Elite, et al as provided by Home Advisor. As it happened Lowe's arrived with its source wearing shirts bearing Elite logos. Among the three of us we worked it out, we contracted through Lowe's as we knew them but did not know Elite. We quickly learned Elite was a fine company and subsequetly directly engaged it to resolve other plumbing issues. Good people.

They won't begin the work until tomorrow. I am modernizing my heating system by switching to an electronic unit. The gentlema,n who came to look at the present unit, seemed knowledgeable.

Dj arrived promptly and was extremely courteous as he corrected my less than stellar wiring job when I installed a thermostat some time back. Done in less than an hour and cost much less than I was expecting.

Everyone involved was professional and courteous and they did what was promised and timely. I did get a second opinion after Elite was here and it was confirmed what Elite told me and was also tole they could not match Elite's prices and/or services.

After talking to a few plumbers I picked Pete at Elite Plumbing. After telling Pete what I needed to have done, he put a price together and explained everything. He came over straight away and got started. Pete did a great job, thorough, completely respectful of our home and on top of all that a truly, truly, nice man! Only plumbing company I will use in the future is Elite Plumbing.

Very good communications. Techs were pleasant and personable. They were very efficient in diagnosing the problem and correcting it.

All the persons involved with this project, from the sales rep down to the end work of patching a hole where a/c was put in the ceiling were outstanding.. They all are proud of their work and it shows. We also needed some work on our water heater and they did a great job. We would not hesitate to have this compnay do a/c work and plumbing in the future. We had numerous estimates for the work and Elite installed a top quality product without trying to give us something more powerful than we needed. We are extremly pleased with the whole process..

The technician was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. After examining my 27 year old rooftop hvac he explained all my options to my satisfaction. The next morning (on a Saturday no less) a crew showed up on time and installed a new hvac and thermostat, and on the following Monday cleaned the ductwork for free. Very satisfied with the product, the work, the financing, and the results.

Out of the three companies that checked out the problem with my AC/furnace issue Elite is the ONLY company who provided an honest, fair priced, option for the repair without ripping me off. The repair was done within a short period of time, at the price quoted, and with a friendly service technician.

They were very courteous and prompt in servicing my request. The project was completed very quickly they did what they said they were going to do. They immediately returned to rectify one minor snag in the installation. I have referred them already to my neighbor.

Great service

polite and professional. The blower motor went out and was covered by a warranty. The labor was not and cost 297 but they discounted 35$ without a problem. The service guy came out to diagnose it on a Saturday I think, and Monday morning they had the part in and the system working.
