This family company is happy to recycle all possible products removed from an installation and they sell only one a/c unit - Trane and they stand behind it ; plus, Trane appears in an important show that shows how the unit is made - step by step. Also, this company helps train it's employees, including women as welders as well as keeping the company inside the USA borders. The cost was well below its competitors while being able to upgrade to insure the unit will not be underpowered for the space to be cooled/heated. The promise of 10 years parts and labor is a big plus also. Our compliments!

What more can I say about Elite! They just installed a new A/C for me. This company is superb, with absolute no hesitation they have returned twice to isolate the vibration noise. I have nothing bad to say about Elite. My air went out on Saturday evening. Elite was at my house within an hour. Replaced my blower, cleaned out years of dust and gave me tips on how to keep my system running smoothly. I will be calling them again when I need to replace my unit. Great customer service!!!!!!

Tech. inspected the unit and admitted when he could not find a problem. Did not lie and invent an issue to extort money from my mother.
