Elite was very good in responding and installing the system. A follow up visit cleared up a minor issue once the heat strips were installed. Overall, pricing and service was excellent...

Very straight forward when evaluating our needs and giving us pricing options and unit types. No high sales push. Their pricing was about 40% lower then our highest bid and about 10% higher then our lowest bid for a comparable unit. But we felt they were honest and upfront with us, and a little more established then the lowest bidder so we went with Elite. Reasonable price for the type of unit and the warranty and services included. Showed up as scheduled and completed install cleanly. We are happy with Elite. Thanks

I worked as a consulting engineer for 30 years. They did not try to give me a sales pitch that was BS. I got pricing and information from three vendors on five units. Elite gave me the best choice and overall price. Their follow up was excellent. I would definately recommend them.

They gave us military and senior citizen discounts, were on time and finished with a great clean up. They installed a new furnace too! Price was 3k less then other bidder.

In obtaining a second opinion from them on a previous estimate from another company they pointed out items very important to our decision to hire them instead of the other company. While we ended up spending more with them we feel we got a more accurate picture of what was needed.

i had call other company and they said it would cost me 800.00 so they came out his name is Jessie he was great check the termostate found the problem and was fixed the other two company were wrong it was a easy fix well use them again and will tell all my friend to use them

I read the reviews for Elite Heating & Air Conditioning and I decided to have them give me a bid. Of the 3 bids that I got for a 5 ton, 16 seer air conditioner and gas heat system, they were very reasonable. The other 2 bids were high and really high. I also liked that Trane listed them as 1 of 3 dealers for my area that were trained and authorized by them. Two of Elite's installers came out and worked non-stop for about 4 hours to install my new system. I couldn't be happier with the system and the entire process.

At least the were "straighter" than the other 4 "recommended" AC firms that came to home to submit proposals. Final decision was based on relative (?) price and the fact that they did not want any $$$ until the job was finished. Their actual installers were pleasant, took care while in house and cleaned up any installation mess without having to be asked. So, professionally done. I did not feel scammed like I have with other Las Vegas AC contractors and the home warranty ins. firm that I fired after their repairmen kept none of their promises for AC repairs/replacement when my AC went out. Out of 7 contractors, this firm was the lowest price, highest quality of product and did all the preliminary homework at bid time and killed it on the installation. These guys are beyond 5 stars.

I was reminded the day before and again when they were on their way. The service man, Anthony, was very polite, had booties so that nothing was tracked into my home. I have lived in my home for over 30 years and have had three other A/C units and never has anyone washed the unit. Anthony said this should be done each time the unit is serviced. I am extremely pleased with this company and their representatives.
