I, honestly, believe that Mondo and his company may be the best local contractor in the Las Vegas valley. They did everything they said they would do in a most timely manner and for a very, very good price. I have, already, recommended Mondo and Elite to everyone I know. Look no further for your a/c or heating needs. Elite is the best.

Armondo was at my house within an hour to look at my A/C unit. He needed a special part from North Las Vegas, so he had his partner (Jesse, I think) pick up the part and return to my home to install it. Jesse had the part installed within an hour. Both repairmen were very polite and professional. I thought that we were going to have to stay in a hotel for the day, but Elite responded and finished the job so quickly that we were able to stay in our home. Good thing--it was going to be 110 that day! Thanks for the prompt and professional service, Elite. we will be calling you again in the future.

Armondo of Elite A/C came out within hours and made the repair the same day. They are excellent and would use them again in the Las Vegas area. They waived their service charge for me as a service magic referral, as well. They were very competitive on pricing, too.

The tech arrived during the time window promised, did his job, was polite, and seemed very knowledgeable. For a $25.00 anuual service charge, I could not ask for anything more.

after holding off on selecting a contractor till we shopped for a week we settled on Elite for all the right reasons...They came in and told us whithout any kind of sales pitch what we needed and not what they needed to do the job. They gave us a clean and very understandable quote that included clear warranties on products and parts ,labor and also inspected other components to insure what was broken was going to be all that was needed to be replaced'''NO GIMICKS....As soon as we accepted the offer were fixed the same day without delay...The techs we superb and informative and they were technicians not sales people like you often get.

Requested a standard A/C inspection. $25.00 price was the best. Armondo arrived on schedule, quickly inspected and cleaned debris from unit. Unit was performining ok with no need for any repairs. Armondo was honest and made no attempt at any add-on sales. Will hire him again if necessary for any A/C work. Will call him for heating inspection in the fall. Highly recommended.

Armando was right on time very nice and knowledgable about my heat pump and what the problem was. He found the part for less than I was expecting and replaced it the very next day. I am very happy..

Very good he called said he could be at the site within the hour called me when he got there fixed problem called me back to tell me price and confirm we wanted the work done and he got it working.

I didn't call for estimate until late afternoon, and Elite was out at 7:00 a.m. the next morning. By noon I had made my decision and my new unit was up before dark the same day.
