Very good service showed up on time very friendly and fast replaced capacitor and fan motor and it works perfectly

The price was very reasonable. We have used them for years and they come twice a year and check our unit. They always have the most wonderful and polite technicians. They are just a wonderful company.

I have never had any problems with them. They are always good about calling before they come and they are right on time.

They did messy work. The product is good. They were messy with the installation. They didn't pour a new concrete pad where they should have. The product is good, the price was okay, but the installers were messy.

They were contracted out from Lowe’s, but we ended up staying with them just for them to service it every six months and put in new filters and stuff like that.

It went great. He checked out the system and said it was working perfectly. He asked if I wanted him to change the filter (my husband already did). He was prompt, personable, and well trained. I would and will use them again! J.D. and Martha Jenkins

Craig was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We were not pressured to buy a replacement air conditioner as another company tried to sell us two years ago. He arrived early and the office said he was available now if we want him to come. Craig replaced the Blower motor and the capacitor on the upstairs unit which had stopped working. Craig explained each step to us in detail and why he needed to repair the unit. We were so impressed by Craig that we signed up for a Winter tune up for $50 each unit. I would highly recommend his company to anyone looking for professional work. Thanks Craig!!

Arrived on time and got right to work on digging up the old water main that lead from the meter to the house. That was a trench that was 37 feet long and 2-2-1/2 feet deep. They replaced the line and the main shut off valve (an old gate valve that wasn't working with a new ball valve, meeting code). Backfilled the trench, and swept the sidewalk. I considered the price extremely fair. But each job would have to be individually evaluated for pricing. (Don't consider my price as a base) Distance, depth, and what needs to be fixed all are part of the final cost. Not fair to claim my price as a guide. I can tell you that they are fair and work with their customers. Would recommend them for both HVAC and Plumbing......without a second thought!

Elite was chosen after getting bids from 5 - A rated Angie's List providers of HVAC equipment in the area. Elite was chosen because of the combination of cost and quality of information provided with the quote. The installers were punctual, courteous and cleaned up after the job as promised.

Everything went fine. The capacitors on both units were under performing so we swapped those out for a reasonable fee. I have them come out for winter and summer tune-ups of the a/c systems just to keep everything running well. Jesse was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The provider showed late for the appointment. Did a poor job identifying the cause of the AC issue we had, and instead of recommending repair went straight to try to sell us a new AC unit worth thousands of dollars. We didn't trust his diagnosis and got a second opinion. Sure enough, we only needed refrigerant and new filters. All included, the visit and repair cost us less than $200 dollars. I will not trust this company ever!!!!

Temperature was 110 outside. A/C stopped working. In a panic, quickly found a good review on a Google search for Elite Heating and Cooling. I called them about 7 that night, they arrived within the hour. I don't recall the man's name, but he checked it out and gave us a repair quote and replacement quote. We had purchased the home and moved in just 10 days before the a/c went out. We may have a money pit, we'll see. Anyway, we opted for the new unit, as we didn't know how old the current one was. They returned the next day and installed the new unit. I am very happy with the service, can't comment on price as I don't know what these units cost, and don't want to know if I over-paid. This company was A+ in service and workmanship. I would definitely call them again.

He was awesome. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnosed my problem within minutes and was able to repair the unit r immediately. I will definitely be using this company in the future. Fast, courteous, and professional service.

Darby arrived within the agreed-upon time window. He explained the work he would be doing, was courteous and efficient in examining the thermostats and AC units, and then tested and cleaned each one in turn. He discussed with us the condition of each unit and helped us understand how long they would likely remain usable (we purchased our home last July and the AC units are all original on the house from 1999). We were happy with his work and will use them again. (And now we know which of the 3 units is for which of the 3 cooling zones in the house!)

When I called to make the appointment, the receptionist seemed annoyed that I insisted on the Angie's price. She said that it should be $39. Young man (said he had 7 years' experience) inspected my unit and said my capacitor was performing poorly; that I should replace it NOW ($120) to save on a future additional service charge of $60. I asked for information on the capacitor, including what it should be performing at compared to what he saw it at. Like pulling teeth to get any information. My Trane unit was installed in 2009 and I plan on having it for several more years, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt and told him to go ahead. Single, senior female here. Left me feeling like I'd been flim-flammed.

Great!! I called and Chris came out within an hour. He explained that our heater looked good after 7 years and the slight discoloration in our hot water could have been caused by the minerals in our water. He took the old one out and it was essentially gone. He replaced it and told us to flush for 5 minutes every month to keep it as clean as possible. He also told us that potassium in our water softener would be better for our pipes since sodium eats at the copper. I highly recommend this company and Chris. When the time comes, we will have them do the replacement. First rate service all the way.

Plumber was helpful and professional

The tech came to check my system today. He seemed polite, used booties to protect my carpet when going upstairs, and talked about how he'd clean my air filters and AC units as a courtesy. While inspecting my units he found issues with the contactors and capacitors (???) and he gave me explanations and demonstrations to educate me on the problem. Can't say I'm any more educated than I was before he came but that's not really his fault... 9 month pregnant woman doesn't have enough brain capacity to understand the inner workings of her air conditioner LOL. He took out a pen, did some quick calculations on his hand and told me what the cost would be to fix today - $335. He mentioned that if we didn't fix today there would be a $60/unit fee to come back out. Shucks, I thought, that's $120 down the drain if we don't complete the repairs right now, and say another estimate came in at the same price or higher, I wouldn't really be saving anything... "OK, do whatever needs to be done," I said naively. When he finished the job, he came in and showed me the calculations on his hand. "Whoops," he said, "we both calculated wrong." (We BOTH?!? calculated wrong? Nuh-uh, I don't think so, I thought. I had nothing to do with the calculations). "It's actually $435, but there's nothing I can do about that now." He apologized a couple of times. Said if I didn't like him, he was sorry and I didn't have to ask for him again, but said if I did like him I could ask for him next time. Just strange... I don't know if the prices are competitive or what, because I didn't do my due diligence in having someone else come and in and give me a quote, but it was annoying to think I was out one amount of money, only to have it be increased by $100 more in a matter of minutes. By then, the job was already done. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I hope I don't need service any time soon.

They did a great job, even in the high heat! Two of my neighbors had HVAC issues and the gave me $50 per neighbor for referrals. They came right away when I called. There were 3 workers and they were all very efficient.

I discovered my hot water heater leaking yesterday afternoon. A friend had used Elite and between her stellar recommendation and good reviews here, I contacted Elite and was pleased that they would not only be able to send someone out that day, but they would send Chris Slayer, the technician my friend had highly recommended. The high recommendation of Chris is well deserved. He's friendly, professional and readily explains, in layman's terms, exactly what needs to be done and why. No surprise, the hot water heater needed to be replaced. I expected that and having had some previous experience with the costs of replacing a hot water heater, I believed the price to be fair. Not only did Chris replace the heater, he cleaned up the mess from the leak. In addition, when he saw me and my neighbor struggling to replace a coach light bulb, he did that for me too. I was very fortunate that Elite, and specifically Chris' experience in my area meant he had the right sized new heater on his truck, so I could have hot water again in just a couple hours. After the installation, Chris explained the warranty (6 years on the heater, one on the labor) and showed me how he'd attached all the paperwork to the heater itself (in a plastic sleeve) for easy future reference. The entire experience with Elite was very positive. No one likes having plumbing problems, or having to spend money to make repairs or replacements, but when you do it's good to deal with a company that behaves with professionalism and gives great customer service.

It was fixed with new parts. 2 weeks later those new parts failed. They came back out and replaced them again at no additional charge.

It was a good experience. He installed a vanity for me and he handled everything.

The service went well. One technician came out and completed the job in a timely manner. One thing he did that I had never seen was that he drug a hose up to the roof to wash the unit. I was impressed by that. I was pleased with the work. They also offered an email receipt. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

They were able to stay within the $99 Big Deal purchase price. They did a fabulous job. They got everything done with ten-minutes to spare. What stood out about them was their quality of work. They were very personable. I really liked him. He did very nice work.
