Description of Work: We signed up for the yearly contract. They were very fast with their service. Fixed our hot water heater which is 8 years old (we thought we might need a new one). They did everything--air conditioner check, hot water heater, any plumbing problems, even checked the water pressure. We were very impressed with them.

Description of Work: Got a great price on the annual check up of my ac unit. They were good and professional and I would use them again.

Description of Work: I shopped Angie's for a summer HVAC maintenance deal for my second home. Angie's list "Big Deal" was a ripoff. When calling Elite for a service date, which they then changed on me after I had made arrangements, I was told that their summer HVAC maintenance was $25.00 if they were called directly. Given a list of needed repairs and then quoting a replacement deal, I was skeptical of the Elite technicians motivation. I then called my home warranty program for a service call. Knowing their position is we don't fix until it is broken, their technician said there was nothing wrong. I then called my primary homes AC company Sierra AC for another evaluation/opinion. Sierra said the unit was functioning within specifications and were forthcoming with a list of problem areas that posed potential future failures. Their list did not match up with Elite's. Due to the age of the HVAC unit versus cost of repairing failure points, it will replaced but, not by Elite.

Description of Work: I paid for two hours of plumbing service. Then when my faucets were installed, the drains leaked. Pete was very conscientious and fixed the problem, that was actually due to poor contract work by a previous plumber. |A new leak developed, and Pete was very attentive and fixed the problem. |I will use this service in the future for plumbing issues.

Description of Work: I have been using Elite Heating for probably about two years. We had an new air conditioning and heating unit put in our house and have a service maintenance agreement with them. Last time they came out for a service call on our air conditioning. They come out twice a year once for heating, once for air conditioning to make sure everything is okay.

Description of Work: On Dec. 31 on New Years Eve at 9:30 pm our heat in our home went out. After searcing through the phone book unable to find a heating contractor that was open my daughter recommended Elite Heating Air Conditioning and Plumbing. Not only did they answer the phone but there technican Jesse was out to our home within an hour.He showed the broken part told us a price and had it fixed within an hour. We thank you Elite not only was the company professional but they didn't charge any extras for the holidays.

Description of Work: Our furnace quit late Friday evening, and I called Elite about 7:30-8:00 a.m. on Saturday morning. The service man arrived at 9:00 a.m. He inspected the heating unit, informed us as to what caused the problem, and gave us a quote. Ken was very professional and thorough, He explained what he was doing as he did the work, and since we are not year-round residents, he told us what we could do to avoid this problem in the future. We were extremely satisfied with his work and would highly recommend Elite Heating & Cooling to anyone....
