Description of Work: Replacement of old air and heating units with top of the line Trane units. We were VERY pleased with their work. The salesman was exceptional in explaining every detail of the units - including the construction, efficiency and operation. The owner was willing to work with us on pricing and 0% financing.

Description of Work: It went extremely well. The company was efficient and professional. They installed an air conditioner and furnace.

Description of Work: Elite air and heating replaced old air conditioner and furnace. The sales rep was very courteous and explained everything to us. The installers arrived on time and did a good job on the install. The company was great to work with, after getting several bids we chose Elite.

Description of Work: replaced heating and air conditioning. My only issue is that even after replacing my old unit my bedroom and bath still have the same issue depending on the season they are hotter or colder than the rest of the house, I explained my issue before installation but the salesman checked the temp of the outcoming air and said it was fine but its not fine.

Description of Work: Our water heater started leaking on Sunday so we called Elite because we had used them for our A/C. They would have come on Sunday but it would have cost more, so we scheduled them for Monday about 12:30. They were prompt and replaced our water heater. After install the installer noticed we also had a cracked connector and the guy had to go to Home Depot for the part and drain the new water heater and replace the connector, but he kept his promise of the $950 replacement cost. We were happy with the service.

Description of Work: Replace gas heater gas supply sensor and igniter assembly. Had to order spare parts from manufacturer under warranty and job awas completed as soon as they | came in. Excellent professional work.

Description of Work: Our air went out in the middle of the heat last year. They came out promptly and got our old system running temporarily. A new air and heating system was installed within the next couple of days. Elite gave us a few options for new system and we opted to get the heating and air replaced at the same time. The system we chose is a quality brand and does a good job and did not cost a fortune. Would use again.

Description of Work: The deal was replacing an outdoor faucet. It was good. The gentleman who came to do the service called to ask if he could come early, which was no problem. He knew what he was doing and was genial. It was a great experience.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for two hours of plumbing labor. The plumber said there was mold under the sink. When we had the mold company come out, they didn’t locate the mold. Now, we are having problems with the insurance. the comment about the mold caused problems with my insurance company. There was no mold detected when the mold specialist came out. still fighting with Insurance company. No I would not recommend them. The cost was $85.00 for the repair.

Description of Work: Because the service I had purchased was more expensive than an additionl service which I requested that he perform, I was only chaged for the initial 2 hours of plumbing work. I truly appreciated this response from the very professional young man who did the work. That's great customer service, which I truly appreciated.

Description of Work: A Big Deal for an outside faucet replacement. Exactly what I needed. Work was well done.

Description of Work: I bought the deal. I called, spoke with Nick. I tried to email Elite an |hour later and received a message that the email was full and could not receive further emails. My husband and I waited for our 10-12 appointment on Tuesday, Aug 5. Nick did not call, did not arrive, did not follow through. We would like our money back.

Description of Work: Installed new hose faucet per Angie's List special. Will definitely use them for other things.
