Description of Work: They worked with me to get me a good prize on Trane A/C and Furnace units. 14 seer. They completed all work as written out on the proposal for the price we had agreed upon. Overall, I am happy with their business dealings and their workmanship.

Description of Work: I got taken by this company, but it was my fault. The man insisted that the Fan/motor on my air conditioning unit would go and if I wait to get replaced once its hot out, it would cost me more. I told him the owner of this home has a Home Warranty, he said it would not be covered under that. I found out that was not true. I realize believing this company was my own fault. Never again.

Description of Work: Elite's technicians were punctual. They made sure they didn't leave any dirt, marks etc., on our carpet or walls. In a world with decreasing customer service, I cannot believe how well mannered, professional and caring their technicians were.

Description of Work: We had our hot water heater go out on the weekend. The office staff was very helpful in scheduling a quick appointment. Our tech was professional, kept us informed of timing and was friendly and efficient.

Description of Work: They have always done my preventive maintenance for my ac unit. This last time, my fan went out on my unit. They informed me a new unit was necessary. I asked a friend for a referral and another local company came out and installed a new fan motor for much less and all is okay.

Description of Work: I had a leak on two of my four toilets. I had been ripped off by a different plumbing company here in Las Vegas two years ago, and so wasn't sure who to call. My co-worker recommended Elite Plumbing, and we couldn't be happier. Pete came and checked all four toilets and explained what each of them needed, as parts were in desperate need of being replaced so we wouldn't have further issues. He was on time, professional, very nice, explained everything, and their price was very reasonable for the work done! I would recommend Elite Plumbing to anyone out there wanting a job done right the first time, and you won't get ripped off!
