They came out and did a tune up on 3 systems, checked the compressors, conditioning motors, the blowing motors, system pressure and checked all electrical components. I ended up having them replace 3 contactors. They showed up when they said that they were going to show up. When they came, they took their time and explained things.

They were good. They were professional, punctual and very nice.

They did a very good job overall, and specifically they did an excellent job on the air ducts. It was one of the best ones I?ve ever had. This is about the fourth time that I?ve had the work done since I moved here back in 1993, and that was the most efficient one I?ve had so far. The work was under the Nevada Power Going Green program. It cost me only $25 for my repair work. The thermostat was a freebie from Nevada Power. The cleaning of the air ducts was $300, which included sanitizing, etc. I had resourced everything out to find a provider because I was not happy with my last air duct cleaning. I got looking around, talked to some of my friends, and found out that they seemed to be a very legitimate company. When I talked to them a couple of times, I was really pleased with them, and so I went with them. I am more pleased now. I have signed what they call a golden contract with them, by virtue of which they will come out and service my plumbing twice a year and drain the hot water heater twice a year, because we have an awful cold winter and I want to make sure that my pipes don?t get frozen up and burst. The price is excellent. I shopped around and I don?t think the others could beat their price. Another provider wanted $159 a year to do my service work for my furnace and air conditioning every year making two visits, while Elite is charging me $50 a visit with two visits every year. The quality of their service is great. I give them a two-hour window and they are here within that, and if they are going to come around early, they will give me a call.

The young man that came out tried to sell me on several items and I thought that was very unpleasant. The work that they did must have been okay because he was done very quickly. I tried them because they advertised a price that is competitive for this type of tune-up. Their work was acceptable but the hard sell was not. The young man was pleasant enough but it was definitely a hard sell.

They were okay. They didn?t keep charging to come out over and over again. I had a problem before I had them come out. The quality depends upon the technician. They came out the same day I called them. They never came at the time specified and they came late. They said that they were finishing some work for another customer. I would probably use their services in the future.

This was a new unit for our rental. The old unit was being worked on every few months the previous summer. The job was completed within 48 hours. There were some minor problems within the first few weeks...but all were finished to our exceptions and done professionally.
