During the on-site inspection to get an estimate ( the sales pitch), we requested that the air velocity be measured but was assured that no such thing was needed; this was our clue but we failed to recognize it as a flag. The new system was promoted as one of the most efficient and quiet ones in the market. The install team showed up about 30 minutes late and was not well organized. They used a dirty tarp but assured us that they will clean up - they did not. We had to clean up for about 3 hours afterwards - marks on the walls, dirt and debris all over the carpet and stairs, etc. - they even left some debris where they parked their van . When the system was turned on, the air flow noise was louder than we were used to - the install team attempted to minimize the sound but told me that there is nothing they can do about it after about 2 minutes of "checking" the system; one of them added that "it will adjust itself". They left in a hurry. I called their office first thing in the morning and after explaining what happened was told to give my CC number first! Upon request the person that sold us the system came by to inspect the noise issue - he mainly told us that this is how systems work these days. I asked him about the "most quiet system in the market" - he kept repeating that the noise was normal and then asked for our CC info. We have had the system on for over 3 weeks now - our power bill has actually gone up; though it is too early to tell if this is because of the new system since we had a hot June so far. We are in the process of evaluating our options (contractors' board of NV) but definitely do not recommend Elite to anyone.

Elite Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing they were good. They were on time, they were professional. All that was good, nothing special.

We called on Friday morning, they inspected the AC unit that afternoon, and replaced it by 5 pm the next day.

Our AC went out. I called Elite at 6:30 a.m. Jesse was here by 7:30. He diagnosed the problem, gave us a quote, and had the unit fixed by 8:15. He was very professional and obviously very knowledgeable. Great experience.

I went through several companies until I spoke with Alan Furukawa with Elite and after looking at his proposal on a new 5 ton cooling and heating unit, none of the other businesses could match the offer. Alan was courteous and very professional,he looked everything over and had his recommendations. I could not be any happier and would definitely use their services in the future. The unit I had installed was a Trane XB14 condenser and XV80 furnace.

The tech showed me exactly what should be done now and what we could put off. The preventative repairs were very reasonable and done in a timely manner. Tis will prevent breat-downs and problems later. We have used Elite several times before and they never disappoint. They are the only A/C contractor we will use.

Do ask to see what was collected. Do ask for a better quote. Don't be fooled by the $6.99 per vent service.

Prompt and professional service. When we ran into a problem upon trying our heat(when the cooler weather arrived), technician came out and fixed the problem.

Sent an email On Sunday evening. Received phone call immediately. Monday morning met with representative.Tuesday new unit installed excellent service and pricing. It was half the price of another company on Angie's list who wanted to charge me $9800 for a similar unit. They are extremely professional. When you call you talk to a person - not a recording. They were prompt and out within a days time. For the plumbing work they came out within the hour. They came out in a company rig - very professional. I couldn't say enough about how informative and professional they are.

Everything went great. They were in and out and did a good job. There has only been one problem within the first year and they came out and fixed it immediately. I would definitely consider using them in the future.

Found Elite on Angies list and made the call as this old worn out A/C unit was finished. Jay came out and gave me a good estimate. The workers were prompt and the new unit was installed by crane and secured in place. I have had no problems with this new Crane A/C unit. I will use them for my seasonal service in the future.

We had issues with a 35 year old air conditioner, we called them, and they called back within the hour to installed a new one on Christmas Eve. I am very happy with their service. They are very responsive and have good prices.

A couple of years ago we hired Elite to replace a lot of very old flexible ductwork in our attic. It was a tough, dirty job but they did it remarkably well for a very reasonable price. They also replaced a compressor on an old AC unit on our guest house. This past year we had them replace an old heat pump with a very high efficiency unit on our main house. Unfortunately, a second unit failed later last year and required another replacement. We also had Elite do annual system checks and epair an electrical problem on another unit. It is nice to have a contractor I know I can trust not to rip me off. The little plumbing job we had them do was the day before Christmas on short notice. We so appreciate not losing the use of our kitchen skink over the holidays. Everything Elited has done hase been done right and for a reasonable price.

I informed the plumber that our kitchen sink faucet was broken and we scheduled an appointment. When he had to reschedule to come the next morning I informed him that a bathroom toilet was leaking. So he actually stopped at a supplier on the way to the job to get a replacment toilet that needed to be ADA approved, only to find that the business was closed for Nevada Day. So he arrived, fixed the sink with a replacement faucet and repaired the toilet so it did not leak and was usable for the weekend. He arrived Monday morning with the appropriate toilet and also discounted the price for us. He has been to our home before for routine inspection and is very professional, courteous, and friendly.

Jay was on time and very clear for the estimate. When the crews arrived for the install, all were very pleasant and professional. They worked hard and finished the complete install and vent/duct cleaning in five hours. I called them back to fix one small issue as it was a retro-fit (we had very old units that were much larger than the new ones). Also, my old unit outside came apart and one of the guys came out and fixed it for free (some wires had come loose and were hitting the fan and he fixed it in 10 mins). We are very happy with the company, service and Trane ac unit. When the attic one goes out, we will call them again. I wanted to wait until the end (hopefully) of summer to give my review, but our house is cooler than it has ever been and our electric bill is lower than it has ever been. We used to have "hot" spots upstairs, but no longer. I cannot say enough about Elite. Just like any work that you get done on your house, if you are not happy, let them fix it and everyone is happy. They are a responsive company with a good product.

called the morning of 8/8. david came out gave us a price & they were installed that day. we had bought a forclosed home & i have had several companies come out to fix the units. none of them had gone into our attic & did the repairs outside. David went in the attic to look at the coils & found a tiny pin hole on one of the coils. funny that he found that because the day before we replaced our water heater & we also found a pin hole in the heater that was covered up by the strap holding the heater.

I called Elite for a broken pipe with a small leak outside one of the properties I own, and they responded immediately. Pete had all the parts he needed on the truck and did a great job with the repair. I then asked him to fix a couple of other things at that property (leaky faucets), and he was able to make the repairs or come back the following day with the necessary parts. I decided to have him fix a number of things at my other 3 properties, including disposers, showers, sinks, and even a water heater. Since he did such a great job and responded so quickly, I hired him to do some work at my place of business, asking him to install a UV water sterilizer and replace a faucet in a trailer. Pete is now my Go To Guy for all things related to plumbing.
