I had simple jobs: install flapper to stop o leaking toilet, install new handheld shower in one bathroom, and change shower head using used handheld from the other bath. I now have a leaky shower in one bathroom. The plumber claimed to have drained my water heater when all he did was let some water run out of it. The toilet does not leak and one shower head is fine. But you think a plumber would not have left a leaky shower...especially at the price charged.

They installed a sink and faucet for us.

The plumber (Pete) was most knowledgeable and easy to work with. We appreciated his help and would definitely use him again.

The heat went out upstairs. I called Elite in the morning, they said they could have someone at my house by lunchtime. Sure enough, they were right on time. As it turned out, it wasn't anything too serious, just a high pressure or high temperature relay or something. Total bill out the door was $110. J.R. was my technician and he was great. Call Elite if you have ANY Heating or AC problems. This was my 2nd time using them and it was as great of an experience as the 1st time!

The Elite employee was very very concerned with doing a GREAT job...which Adam did. He was very positive about his job...very pleased. An A+ for Adam!

The installation of the units was quick and efficient. The units are running well and I have seen a drop in my utility bills. The reason for the B grade on responsiveness was due to the office responding to a request for a copy of the document that showed my units had been registered with Trane. When I called into the office for a copy I was told that they had lost a employee and was trying to catch up but that my units had been registered. The employee told me that I would receive a copy in about a month. Well after a month had went by I called back an was told that they would send it out. Why did I have to call back this should have been sent without me having to call back. I have received the document.

Plumber was very professional and friendly. Did all work requested with a great attitude and everything went smoothly. I felt he really cared about his work and he did everything he could to make sure things were set up correctly so that I would not have any problems. Everything is working great.

From Alan the sales representative to the installation guys and including the office staff, who called to reconfirm all visits to my home. Everything went smooth, as they had stated.

I called to schedule an appointment on October 3, 2013 for services (installing a toilet) using the Big Deal that the company advertised. I informed the representative of the Big Deal that I purchased and scheduled the service to be performed on October 12, 2013. The representative stated that the scheduling was inputted for that date and a plumber would arrive between 8-10AM on October 12, 2013. On October 11, 2013, I called Elite Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing to confirm my appointment for October 12, 2013 and the company stated that the appointment was still confirmed. However, after removing the toilet and prepping the area, I received a phone call at 8:30AM on October 12 (which was the time that a plumber was supposed to be at my residence) from Neil at the company informing me that a plumber would not come out for the appointment because it was a Saturday. After calling twice to confirm that the Big Deal could be used for October 12, 2013 and the company stating that they would honor it, it was very disappointing to receive a call at the time a plumber was already supposed to be there for the appointment that the company would not honor its word. I would take my business elsewhere to a company that is honest and that respects their client's time.

Very professional. Arrived within the hour of calling him. Replaced the faucet in need, and answered questions about water heater and possible future softner.

Plumber (Peter) was on time foe initial appointment and was polite and professional. Upon disassembly of the kitchen faucet he explained the faucet was unrepairable and would require replacement. He suggested replacements and left the decision to us. I obtained a replacement faucet of our choosing and he returned to complete the installation which was covered by the purchase deal from Angie's list . I would highly recommend this firm for all plumbing needs

The price was a little high, but the quality was very good. I was very happy with the service. The gentleman was very professional and on time.

Pete arrived at scheduled appointment time and promptly installed the new kitchen faucet. The bathroom faucet took longer because the existing fixtures had deteriorated and had to be cut off. Pete is very professional and pleasant -- left everything clean and working better than ever!

From the first telephone contact through the service and installation everyone was professional and explained my repair options or the purchase of a new unit thoroughly. JR was the first person to come to my home to inspect the problem and---he was very knowledgeable. After giving me my options to repair my existing unit, I decided to purchase a new unit because I was offered such an outstanding price. There was never any pressure, Richard and Steve did the installation that afternoon and they were great as well. With my new Trane unit, I am running the A/C at a higher temperature and the house actually feels cooler. I highly recommend this company---they are simply outstanding. I am planning on using them again in the future for both plumbing and AC/heating issues for another property.

Pete new his job and was very friendly. He did his installation in a timely manner.

I called on Tuesday, and the appointment was Thursday 8-10. On Thursday morning, their office called me at 7:30 AM to say that the service person, Alan, might be delayed a few minutes. He arrived at 8:30. Personable, professional, courteous. Went an extra mile-and-a-half to fix a problem with my ceiling air filters, and explained everything to me. I finally asked if he were an owner in the company, because he sure was a stellar representative. He said "No", but smiled and said how much he loved his work and enjoyed being in the field helping people. He then went up on the roof and spent a good amount of time doing his thing. When he came down, he showed me all the results and explained their meanings. Then we discussed a replacement which he said could wait, but that the government is requiring SEER 14.2 beginning in 2015 - hugely more expensive than the SEER 13 I could install through 2014. He discussed the ongoing maintenance for their installations, while applying exactly zero pressure for a sale. Alan is a fabulous ambassador for the company. I plan 100% on using Elite next year for a replacement unit. Thanks!

I would have given A+ for Responsiveness ... I'm an out of towner visiting my condo .. AC was malfunctioning .. called for assistance and Sean arrived within 30 minutes ... he was able to get it working but some components need to be replaced next week to permanently repair the problem.

Loosing AC in Vegas is never fun. Technician arrived within three hours and had everything running in 30 minutes! The $25 service charge deal is fantastic. I will definitely call them next time.

They did a great job. We had the manager and a couple of persons come out to install it in a couple of hours. The salesman did a very good job. I have recommended them to my clients and neighbors.

Elite was 1 of 3 companies (out of 13 that I called) that could come out on the same day when my AC went out Monday late afternoon. First 2 companies quoted $3300 and $3000. Elite charged $1900 and were able to pick up the part first thing the next morning and had my AC running by mid morning. Thank you Elite!!!

Everything went great! The service technician didn't try to upsell us on a unit we didn't need and he got his install crew out to the house as soon as he could. This company is great!

As luck would have it, my AC unit and hot water heater went out the same day. Elite sent a crew out to fix the AC/heater unit the same day I called and the hot water heater was replaced the following day. Great service from a great company!
