Everything went great. My Condo is now nice and cool. If I ever have a problem again I will use Elite and ask for Ken Rockwell to come out. He was very professional in everything that he did. Elite you have a wonderful employee in Ken Rockwell. I will recommend Elite Heating and AC as well as Ken Rockwell to all my family and friends. Thank-you so very much.

Excellent service. Chris was actually able to come out. earlier than scheduled. He redesigned and replaced 2 drainage pipes for my roof top ac units that had been sabotaged by another company's technician. He also drained the hot water heater as a complimentary service. All of this in 110 + degree heat! I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to my family and friends!

w. We were given an appointment within two days of the phone call with a two hour time window. On day of appointment we were notified tech was in route. On arrival he ID'd himself and went to work. Tech (Anthony) found a bad compressor start switch which he had on the truck. R&R'd the switch and unit ran smoothly.

He found the problem in one of the unit right way without any doubt. He checked and explained very professionally everything what he do. He found some unknown for me small problems which could make a problem in the future. The name of the technician is Richard Mollinedo. Very Good job, Richard! Val Trendafilov

This has been the best experience i have ever had with an AC company. I had an $8000.00 Trane XL16i installed three year ago. It never worked right. I was told that this was one of the best units you could buy. It never cooled right. I called the install company and they came at lest 10 tens. They would throw up their hands and say " It is working right, Sorry". SORRY? Well I called Trane and they Told me to call Elite Heating and Cooling. "They have trained factory tech's". Well, I called Sharon and got the best service e ever. She not only listened patiently, while I vented about my past experiences, but got me a tech in 1 hour. Then I met Jesse. A man that not only knows the unit inside and out, but his CS skills are Exactly what I needed. He walked me through every phase of his service and repair. Showing me every step as he made it. I signed up for their Maintenance program and will never call anyone but them again.

He said two pieces, the fan and compacitator, needed to be replaced because they were leaking oil. We decided to have the compacitator repaired, he quoted us $130.00 for that part. My husband looked online and saw the price ranged from $8-$11. It took about 5 minutes to fix that part and since they were already here no extra labor was involved. I felt as if we were taken advantage of. I contacted the company several times before anyone finally contacted me back. The owner finally called back and informed me that they price things how they want and they have a 90 day warranty and if you were to buy it online nobody would come back to fix the problem. I informed him I wanted to work this out with him because I was hoping they could be our new A/C people. I informed him I would call Angie's List and he said call whoever you want and hung up on me. The technician that came to the house was wonderful and nice. He did a good job and did what he needed to do.

The serviceman was prompt, professional and personable. (Chris) performed all the tasks asked of him and we will definitely call the same provider if we need plumbing service again.

He was very professional, was on time, and did a great job. I have since had them out again to fix a different leak.

Install crew came on time and proceeded to install new a/c unit. We were quoted $6100 for the package deal, but we were given several discounts bringing the price down to $5800. The unit was installed in about 2 1/2 hours with absolutely no problems.. We're VERY pleased with Elite Heating/Cooling!!!

I called several companies that were recommended by Angie's list. Elite was very responsive in getting someone out to my house to discuss my problem. Some companies I called were very busy and I had to make appointments that were up to a week away just to talk to a sales person to get a bid in. With Elite the owner sent out a representative within 90 minutes of my phone call. I thought that was great. The good news for me was that their bid was competitive to the other I had and because of the quick response I chose Elite to do the work. The following day Felipe and his team (Noe and Jose) show up to perform the work. I have 2 units to heat and cool my house, and the system that was to be replaced, part of it is located in my low ceiling attic. Also they brought along a Terex crane to move the old compressor out and drop in the new condenser. The crane was well maintained and the operator conducted himself in a safe and professional manner. All in all Felipe and his team worked steady without complaint for 7 hours until all was complete and working well. They were very careful with the house since they placed tarp throughout the house were they walked to access my attic. Upon completion of the work they also spent time making sure there was no mess, smudges or debris anywhere to be seen. Felipe has a great team and I would not hesitate to call them back again.

Got here on time. Drained tank and checked rod, showed it to me and then replaced. Refilled tank. Checked inside plumbing.

It is a great company with great people. I use them all the time for my air conditioning and heating unit and they are great for that. They are very reliable, very trustworthy, always on time, and great about calling if there is an issue on the timing. So and so will be there in 15 minutes, he is running behind. The guys who work there are all great. They are all very professional, and really do a nice job. I have never had any trouble, and I have used a lot of heating and AC companies, but I wouldn't go away from them. They are the best.

They were fast. I had to call them back once because they forgot to put the filter in but when I called them they were just right there. They are friendly and it has been working well so far. When I have called them they have been very responsive. Their prices were much lower than the others that I had inquired about. They gave me a discount and did all kinds of stuff.

Their price is good, their service is done in a timely fashion, and I've never had any problems with them. There are times when I've had difficulty with the office staff because they have different phone lines to contact people. I also had a problem getting a receipt once, but I finally got it. They will call and tell you it's time to schedule, which is nice, but if they don't mark it in their computer system, they will keep calling you to schedule which can be frustrating. I think there is just a glitch in their computer system.

Anthony came on time and wore booties upon entering my home. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I have been a previous customer of Elite, and on this visit I was renewing my contract and getting my spring tuneup done on my A/C. I was able to use a discount from visiting them at the home show held at Cashman earlier in March. "It is a great company to work for", is what Anthony told me. They tested all components and gave my A/C a clean bill of health. I would recommend them to anyone needing service.

My expedience went very well. The staff was professional and knowledgeable in their field. The pricing was reasonable and I would recommend this companyto others.

Was on time, professional. Did not clean up to my satisfaction. Left grout on the floor and mineral deposits in shower and sinks.

They were here on time. Service was great. There were no unexpected issued.

It turned out poorly. When they came out, they told me there was a lot of other work that needed to be done. Everytime I tried to schedule the appointment, they said that I'd have to furnish the water heater, even though that was already included in the Big Deal. I found another plumber to do the work for me.

Gave me 3 options which might fix the problem . Choose the one the tech recommended , and after the results, wish I had called 3 years ago. Good Job Elite.

Elite worked magic. They moved out my old furnace and installed a new one in my tiny attic space. I will never know how they got it up there but they did. Yesterday they sent a man to repair the wallboard they had to cut out and to repaint everything. He even spruced up the area around where he was working with new paint. Everything is working perfectly with very little disruption to me. I would recommend them for heating and air conditioning problems. They were prompt, courteous and efficient.

Elite sent their man Chris, who arrived quicker than the estimated time. He was professional and very friendly, explaining all the various problems and the most efficient way to solve them quickly. Once he began, the entire job took only a half-hour or less. It was remarkable that he could fit new technology onto my old plumbing so quickly. Once finished, he tested all the parts and restored the water service. All the new parts (and they were new, right out of the box) worked beautifully. He explained how the new parts would function, watched me go through the processes, and took a few minutes to just converse while the bill was tallied up. I felt very lucky to have had Elite take care of my problem so quickly and at a really reasonable rate. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Elite sent Plumber Pete out, and he was great! Conscientious, honest, and so professional that I retained him to do all the rest of the plumbing needs I had. I ended up paying much less than if I would have gone with the first company I had contacted. I was revitalizing and preparing my parents' 1952 home for sale, and thanks to Pete, everything works! He never tried to sell me anything I didn't really need, and everything was fixed and/or replaced because it had to be. Great guy, great company! |
