Their customer service was friendly, and they said they would be here at noon. They arrived after 3:00pm. The written estimate I signed before the work was $166. The bill they gave me after was for $315, as they added on $120 to drive a mile to pick up a switch from Lowes. After a phone call, the company agreed to waive the $68.00 trip charge. I paid them in my frustration and didn't realize until after they'd gone, they'd added the trip charge in twice. They also charged me for an additional switch they never replaced. It was left new and outside it's box on the floor when they left, with the old one back in the wall.

Estimator was polite, on time, reasonably priced. Electrician sent was questionable. He could not find a phone line in our attic, however we have phones in every room. Chandelier was not reinforced until prompted to ensure it did not come crashing down. Hand prints left on the 14' ceiling. Poor hole patched where telephone line was fished down the wall, and they never textured their repair. Had to make two trips with a supervisor visiting the second time in order to properly complete the job.
