Description of Work: I removed the Spa motor from the housing which was a simple task. It was rebuilt by this company which included a thorough cleaning and painting, new bearings, seals, bushings, and ring gasket to reinstall to the pump housing. The unit has been running flawlessly since. I saved approximately $140.00 over a new unit and $500.00 over several quotes from Spa distributors. I was very satisfied with their technicians. Interoffice communication could be improved as they have a very consistent workload continually to monitor and schedule.

Charlie who answers phones was friendly and efficient, Mary the scheduler gave a fair estimate and knew her technical specs, and John the technician was fast, pleasant and punctual. Oh, and he performed the work perfectly. Two thumbs up.
Description of Work: Repair of steam shower. Fixed blown fuse, an irregular size that no one else in town had, then sealed controller.
