Zac was a consummate professional. Arrived a minute or two early for my afternoon appointment and the full installation, hookup and testing took almost exactly the 2 hours they estimated. Not only did a nice neat job, but cleaned up as he worked and left the job perfectly spotless. On Time. Neat & Clean Installation. Extremely professional plumbing skills. From cutting the pipe to freshly polishing the fittings before sweating & welding the connections.

We bought this system a couple of years ago and were very impressed with Brian's presentation and knowledge of the products. We bought an awesome system at a fair price and recommend EcoWater of Las Vegas to anyone looking to buy a water softener-you won't be disappointed.

We built a new home and were looking for a solution to address the hard water situation in Las Vegas. We met with Brian and Diane at their office location on a Saturday and Brian did a great job of asking about our concerns and recommending a unit that included both the filtration and softening unit. The installers showed up on time, did a great job and explained the features of the system, which is what we expected at a minimum. Where I was really impressed was when we call back a few weeks later and asked if they would be able to disconnect the system and reconnect the system so we could have the garage floor coated with a protective surface. They disconnected the system, moved it to our laundry room and reconnected the unit on the day we requested - the best part was, at no charge. In addition, we asked them to install the system closer to the garage wall - they said no problem and did a great job in meeting our request. My experience is that the local branch for Ecowater has great customer service and I will/have recommend them to anybody that needs a water filtration or conditioning system.

My dececision was made after hearing other proposals and hours of internet reserch. Now that it is installed we will see if it all goes well.

It went very well. Brian, the owner was very nice and gave me a fair deal. He guaranteed that I would be happy with the system or I could get my money back 100%. That was a deal I couldn't refuse. His installers arrived on time and worked very quickly.

It went extremely well. They also installed a 2 gallon Reverse Osmosis (RO) system under my kitchen sink that also fees my refrigerator. The overall work took less than 2 hours, and I am extremely pleased with the installation and the unit. It is maintenance free, and only regenerates after 1,000 hours of water usage. So it should save on my water bill.

I spoke with Brian and Diane, the owners. Brian discussed the quality of the Ecowater System and explained that it is American Made, that the filters cost about 1/5 of what I had previously paid for Kinetico RO filters and required only two connections. The package price was less than half of what Culligan or Kinetico wanted to charge and the filters are cheaper. We set an appointment for the install date and time. The technician was prompt, professional and was done in less than an hour. His installation was thought out, asking me where the best place to put the tank in relation to what supplies we stored under the sink. The entire experience of dealing with Ecowater was above and beyond my expectations.

Contacted Ecowater (Brian and Diane) and they described their services/products thoroughly. Met with them one time to pick our system and schedule the installation. They were spot on with everything....start to finish.
