Eco Friendly Air

tech was awesome who came to quote and he scheduled me into a spot where someone else had canceled.... but after some thought about the fact they charge 675.00 no other company in town charges this much, i decided to cancel. (note this was less than 24 hours after I made the appt) I am a disabled veteran who lives off my disability and I just cant afford 700. When I tried to cancel it took me over 3 hours to get a hold of someone to try and cancel and when I did the guy told me they were keeping 20% or 135 dollars because I was canceling even though i was put in a spot that someone else had canceled. So now i am out 135 dollars for literally nothing in less than 24 hours. the guy just talks around in circles and its just super shady.

ECO Friendly air is great at communicating about the time they will arrive and the services that they offer. The price is higher than some other companies, but you get great quality service for the price and is worth the extra money. I signed up for the circle program, and I now have my go to A/C and heating company.

Both technicians were very professional and knowledgeable.

They were very good. They were on time. They checked everything multiple times. I am very happy with their service. They game back and made sure everything was running well. When they came, the manager came and made sure they technicians were doing things correctly. I was very satisfied with their follow up.

They're really responsive. When you call them, they make sure they come out and see you, and they make sure to return your calls. They explain things very well. They don't talk over head. The responsiveness was the most important thing. You can tell they care. Phillip, the GM, was coming out with technicians and getting on the roof with them and making sure they were doing things right. I don't know many GM's that do that. Phillip, gave me his number to contact if I had questions I could contact him direct. The techs were polite and they would explain things well. Just a very positive experience. The has to be the best experience that I have had with air conditioning company. No high pressure sales and they showed us the book with the set pricing. I hope they're the only air company that I need.

Great, they were awesome! They did everything they said they would do. The crew was professional and they cleaned up. We are very happy with Eco Friendly Air and would recommend them to anyone. The pricing was competitive but Eco Friendly Air list card more.

Technician was very professional and service was done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Eco Freindly Air , you don't be disappointed ..A+
