 + -1 moreHavent heard back from Mark since my email and decided to go with another company who would at least call me back when I called the ssme day
Description of Work: Came out and didn't give me any ideas for my windows. I suggested a solar roll up shade as I had them before and was shown samples. I picked out something that I liked was told within a few days the material was nor made for my windows as they were too wide. Was given a price for a bland beige which is not what I wanted and I told him that. He was going to chck to see if there was anything else available. I received email 10/9 indicating that he wanted to remeet to put our heads together and come up with something. Told him Friday would not work and did not hear back from him. Surprised no ideas were given as they are the professiopnal- I'm not. Very poor customer service and follow up.

I would recommend East-West Blinds and Shutters without hesitation. They have served Las Vegas for 20+ years and that was important to me.
Description of Work: Fabricated and installed mini blinds for three windows in two separate rooms.

 + -1 moreWe were replacing standard window blinds with shutters in the kitchen and great room and room-darkening shades in the master bedroom. Mark provided a variety of options for our window treatments. He was very thorough and professional. He pointed out the features of each option and his opinion on what might be best - and it was not always the highest priced option. Then he gave a very competitive quote for the options we selected. Several weeks later we were contacted to schedule the installation. The installers arrived on time and were excellent. They were experienced and did a professional job - courteous, careful and complete.
Description of Work: 1) Provide options for window treatments 2) Discuss features and advantages of each option 3) Provide a price quote for each option 4) Write up order for selected option 5) Determine estimate date for installation
