Description of Work: Super nice and efficient. Came the next day and even provided us with temporary air conditioning until they could install ours. How awesome is that?

+ -1 moreThe tech they sent out was named Joe. He did not properly fix the problem and instead focused on selling me a new unit which I was financially unable to do at the time. In Sept. of 2009 AHS sent another tech named Kyle to look at the poorly running A/C unit. He was great! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail in terms I could understand. Not knowing that a previous tech had come out in July everything he said contradicted the other tech, Joe. It was obvious that Joe had been untruthful with me. Kyle fixed my A/C and it has been super ever since. I am now in the position to replace the hvac system. I contacted Dynamic air on Sept. 3rd 2010 for an estimate. I explained my situation and the pervious experience with the company and that I was so pleased with the tech Kyle that I wanted them to come out and give me and estimate on a new system. It is now Sept. 10th 2010 and I haven't heard a word form these people after being told that I would receive a call back right away. I'm so glad that they showed my that they are not professional and seem to not care about my business. Thank god I found this out now and not later.
Description of Work: Dynamic Air and heating was first sent to me by American Home Shield in July of 2009 for repairs on my A/C unit which seemed to not by blowing cool air.
