Domestic Landscape

Bill Miller and his crew were on time. The work went efficiently and professionally. The price was reasonable. Being that I have no green thumbs, not even close, He gave me some very simple and useful hints about what to do and what to watch for to determene when to call him again.

Excellent service, very flexible as we changed our mind several times. They were always on time. Kept us informed of time schedule and adhered to the schedule. The owners were always present and worked along side their employees. We are extremely pleased with the workmanship and we would highly recommend them. I am sure we will use them again.

COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR MORE! I originally had appointment to have a (one) leaking irrigation valve repaired. Bill not only replaced the leaking valve, but he did so with a BETTER QUALITY valve (metal vs plastic). AND... his trained eye and experience noticed I had ANOTHER leaking valve. As a COURTESY, he checked ALL of my irrigation valves and when I asked him a question about my landscape lights, he not only answered my questions (which took up more of his time) but he ALSO fixed a couple of minor bulb/lighting issues for me as well! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BILL AND HIS COMPANY AND I WILL CONTINUE TO USE HIS SERVICES! (I am new to Angie's List, thus this late review).

As a new home owner in LV, I was in need of quick irrigation help because the home had sat idle with no drip system running and the rather expensive plants and trees in desperate need of water. I called Domestic Landscape and Bill and his dad made the time to come out early in the morning. They went throughout the entire set up process to discover the various problems. They fit me in their schedule and spent quality time trying to do some quick fixes to at least get the systems up and running. They were to come back the following day to do the bulk of the work to complete what we had agreed to do. They pleasantly surprised me with a call later the same day to say they had a cancellation and could come now to complete the project. Naturally, I was pleasantly surprised and said yes. Bill returned with his crew and they completed all the work in a few hours. Everything was done perfectly and for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company. I have been a general contractor for over 25 years and can say with certainty that Bill and his company are a first class operation.

They arrived on time and went through and pointed out things that needed to be done that I had not noticed. Bill and his dad worked through the problems we had with the sprinkler system and put in new parts. He also got some one over to do the concrete job that we needed and he also did a great job. Over all it as a great job well done and we will have them do more for us in the future.

When I called for an estimate, Bill came by the very next day. He listened to what I wanted and I received an email quote within a day of his visit. He was the lowest of three quotes, and by far the most responsive, so I called and scheduled an appointment. He was busy the remainder of the week so we decided on Monday, May 13. Bill was initially scheduled to show up on Monday morning at 7 a.m. but I received an email on Sunday stating he had to take his son to a doctor's appointment on Monday morning, so he requested to reschedule at 1p.m. I agreed this was not an issue. At 2 p.m, Bill called to tell me he was running behind on another job and assured me someone would be there at 3 p.m. to begin the front yard. Bill's dad and one other individual showed up at 3 p.m. and began installation of the irrigation drip lines. Bill and an additional person arrived around 3:30 and finished the front yard irrigation and fixed the sprinkler heads. He advised me that they would be back on Tuesday at 7 a.m. Bill's dad rang the doorbell around 6:30 a.m. to advise us that someone would be working in the back yard and to not be alarmed. Bill's dad showed back up around 10:30 a.m. and explained his wife had fallen the day before and torn her rotator cuff and that he had to get her in to see a doctor at 8:45, so he had the other guy begin the work. Bill's dad spoke with me several times during the course of the day, asking questions about where I wanted drip lines and double checking to make sure everything was exactly as I wanted it. When the irrigation system was completed, Bill's dad set up the timer and did ran it through all the cycles to make sure it was operating correctly. He did a final walk through of the front and back yards to ensure I was happy with the work. They finished up around 3:30. on Tuesday. Despite the minor delays, I think they did a really good job. They listened to me and put the lines where I wanted them and they installed additional lines where I asked, for future plants I plan to put in. The cost was slighty less than what was originally quoted.

Extremely efficient. Was well pleased with their work. I'm so glad that my cousin's friend recommended this company to me. When I was told that this company was highly regarded on Angie's list I became a firm believer of recommendations by others who have had good experiences. Now it's time for me to join.

Bill replied promptly to my first call re the burst pipe. He came to the house to see exactly what the problem was and then scheduled an appointment on 3/4/12 to replace the PVB, etc. I then requested an end of the month date for the landscape clean-up. This was done on 3/29. I was very satisfied with the results. Bill, his father and crew did a great job. Bad valve was found when checking irrigation system. Bill did not have a replacement on hand so he returned on 4/2 to complete the fix. Bill is up front, thorough, and easy to work with. I won't hesitate to call him again. I highly recommend Domestic Landscape.

. They worked so efficiently it was hard to believe. All the work done very neatly, left the yard in beautiful shape. Bill Miller, the owner, very friendly, explains everything he and his men are doing. Price for work very reasonable. Couldn't be more pleased.

Bill and his dad came to my home on time and got right to work. They methodically started from the front to the back repairing any and all issues that they saw. They repaired a couple of leaks, replaced a lot of ends and generally performed all the needed repairs to get my system working properly. The company is very fair on cost, and they work and not slack off. They are very professional company, I would highly recommend them. I will be using them in the future.

Unlike alot of landscapers in the Las Vegas Valley, Bill from Domestic showed up on time for the estimate appointment and then again on the agreed day to do the work (who said lighting don't strike twice) The work was done quickly and efficiently at the previous quoted price. No BS about what else I needed or a monthly service contract, as has been my experience with other contractors (including Angie's List members). Start to finish, Domestic was an enjoyable change from the status quo. I will gladly have them return in the spring or whenever I need landscaping, without fear of being misled or gouged. Being from Wisconsin we really did not know what to expect , but Bill and his father were more than kind about answering our many questions. Bills crew went right to work and finished all of their work in an hour and a half . We could not be more pleased with the results. My wife was very pleased to have all of her concerns met. ( HAPPY WIFE HAPPY LIFE.) Bills father(Bill Senior) even offered to help dog proof my gate( I have to rescue dogs that are escape artist) . He is coming on Monday to do that.

I had used Domestic Landscapaing a couple of months earlier for some basic yard clean up, tree trimming and small irrigation repair. I continued to have progressive leaks with my drip so called Bill for an estimate to replace the entire drip loop. It's a relatively small yard but his price was very competitive (I sought other quotes) and knowing the quality of work he had done for me in the past, I awarded the job to him. They came out, replaced the loop and put everything back so that is was hard to tell they had ever been there. No more leaks!

I contacted Bill from Domestic Landscape for an estimate to have my desert landscape trimmed, cleaned up and palm trees trimmed. Bill returned my call within an hour and came out the same day. He was courteous and knowledgeable and he gave me a very fair estimate. We agreed on a service date and he e-mailed me the day before to confirm he was coming. They arrived on time and finished on time. My yard looks great. He even discovered a problem with my sprinkler system I was unaware of and we made arrangements for him to return and fix it. He also gave me tips on adjusting the watering times as the seasons change. Would highly recommend this company. I have already made arrangements for him to return on a regular basis.

Bill came to the door to inform us he was getting started. I was not yet home, so he called me to make sure it was OK for him to get started. This was absolutely fine by me. Quickly and thoroughly removed leaves and debris from front and back yard, trimmed up bushes, and reset my water clock. Discussed options on new landscape in the back yard. Another FANTASTIC JOB!!

Showed up early for the appointment. Worked quickly and did a fantastic job. Explained what they were doing. Bill was friendly and efficient. Having lived in the east, mid west and southwest, the best we've hired.

Bill and his dad arrived on time and took care of the leak promptly and professionally. I am completely satisfied with their service and will definitely have them back in the fall for a cleanup and landscape consultation.

I moved in to a house that has been sitting vacant for approximately 8 months. Everything but one shrub in the back yard was dead, but the front yard was quite overgrown. I found Domestic Landscape on Angie's List and decided to give them a try. Bill was very prompt in returning my calls and setting-up an appointment. He quoted $80/hr for three guys to come and do the work. He was running a little late on the day he was due to come by, but he informed me a few hours ahead of time, and it was fine with my schedule, so I didn't mind. When he arrived, he showed me how to use my irrigation and we discussed how I wanted the plants to look, as well as how to bring back the plants to a better condition. The landscapers worked hard to complete the task and Bill spend time with me discussing reasonable future options for the back yard. I was very pleased with their work and they completed both yards in an hour for $80. I will definitely use them in the future and will most likely use them for installation when I decide to re-plant the back yard.

My experience with them was really good. It's three generations of the family working together.

Process went extremely well. Called Bill Miller on a Tues afternoon, his father showed up next day to we discuss job details / cost estimate. Both Bob Miller and his father showed up on Thurs to complete the work, removing old tree, planting new tree, and doing a thorough cleanup of debris from the old tree.

I called Bill and left a message. He called me back within 10 minutes. We discussed my problem and he talked me through how to check if it was actually a leak. From the street water box, to the sprinkler boxes. I discovered I had a leak in my pool pump so that was that. If I do have a problem in the future, I will surely call Bill Miller

Bill Miller went above and beyond when he came out to give us an estimate. Not only did he give us honest advice and pricing, but he helped us with some quick repairs. He also responded promptly to email questions during the planning period, which we appreciated. His service continued to be world-class the day we hired him. He was right on time. He and his crew worked tirelessly for 4 hours and cleaned up after themselves (spotless). Bill made sure several times during the work that everything was going as desired, and walked us through his work after completion to make sure everything was correct. Definitely would recommend Bill to a friend and expect to hire him again in the future for other projects.

Showed up right on time , job done right, and it was priced right. What more is there to say a truly great experince not often found today.

Returned our call promptly, arrived at job site on time. Completed all work requested. These people were very polite and seemed glad to have the work. They did a good job. I would definitely use them again. Their prices were reasonable and they gave us a discount for seniors. Greatly appreciated.

These guys are amazing. They do a great job and are VERY reasonably priced. I've decided on their service approximately quarterly and they call me when it's time to schedule. They may not be the best if you want a meticuously landscaped lawn but for the price, they can't be beat. The best landscape guys I've found in Vegas.
