After reviewing a couple different companies on Angie's list I decided to use this company. Im so pleased with how professional and efficient they were. From start to finish it was a great experience not only did they stick to the price on the contract but they did a couple other plumbing issues that I've been putting off at no extra charge it's hard to find a honest and caring company in Las Vegas and I will definitely use them again

DMS Plumbing came to give an estimate within one hour of being called. After giving us the best estimated cost of the three estimates we got, they scheduled the repair the next day. They arrived on time and finished the job within the time specified. Although they had to put in a larger pipe than they estimated, they honored their written estimate they gave us. The thing we liked is that they worked around our landscaping so not to damage it. Any of the rocks they had to move they put back and cleaned up extremely well. The only thing we did not realize was they do not do any repairs on the holes they had to put in the house. They do just plumbing so wallboard, stucco repairs must be done by homeowner or others. But those repairs are not written in their estimate so it was our fault for not asking about this. We were very pleased with the quality of repair and their professionalism.

the plumber named blaine came out the faucet was loose he than fix it by tightening it.he than told me it was worn out so he gave me a number to call to get a free replacement, he also gave me the model number he went well out of his way to help. and to top it off their was no charge,talk about 5 star treatment!!!!

The experience was excellent! The service was prompt, professional, and Doug has excellent interpersonal skills. I placed a call Saturday morning, and he was there shortly afterwards. The pricing was fair, and I greatly appreciated this, especially since I was in a bit of a bind. We just moved into a older home in the final stages of renovations, so we needed major items hooked up, like kitchen sink. His professionalism made the experience very pleasurable. For example, he took the time to explain what needed to be done, why, and how to fix it correctly. The quality of work was terrific. I have to say, best experience ever with a plumbing service.

Doug responded to my phone call within an hour and was at my house within 2 hours. He was very nice, prompt, and professional. I thought the cost was a little high, but given my experiences with other plumbers, I guess it really was not too excessive.

We had two jobs done; the first date listed above (0616/2014) and the second 07/08/2014. The first problem was a bad leak at the main water line; the second was a slab leak in the master bathroom. We were given a flat rate fee for the plumbing and they held to it; it included a 15% discount through Angie's List. Response time to both calls by the owner was immediate; his secretary scheduled a time and called when the plumber and his assistant were on the way--they arrived both times on time if not a little before. Two men were on the job for 8+ hours both times. We were very worried that they would have to jackhammer the floor to get to the leak; thankfully, that wasn't the case. On the second job they replaced angle stops under the sink, not included in the estimate, at no charge. Blaine was very professional and an excellent plumber; he kept us apprised as to what they were doing and answered all our questions. His assistant was also very good. They cleaned up when the work was complete. The young secretary is a huge credit to the company--unlike many young people today who "don't have a clue"--kudos to her! We would use this company again. Gave me an estimate and within an hour, had guys digging the trench for the new line. They finished by 5pm and it took no time out of my day at all. He's a pro. It's a third generation family owned business in Las Vegas and is very straightforward. I would recommend him to anyone...

Found that the hot water tank ruptured at 1:30 PM and called this company. By 3:30 PM, the hot water tank was replaced. I was expecting it to take a couple of days, not a couple of hours. A++++ for this company. Doug was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I should mention that it was 110 degrees that day and the hot water tank was in the garage with no AC. With so many bad experiences with contractors in the past, I am happy to have Angie's List and this company is on my first call list now.

I call out four companies from Angie's list because I have a high water bill from the water district and I decided to go with this company because they diagnosed the problem correctly and didn't charge me to find the issue and the bid they gave me was very reasonable and they also fixed a couple of other issues on my plumbing that I've been putting off for awhile now what a kind and honest company they ran a new water line from my meter at the street to the connection in the garage also they install a new valve so I can turn the water off inside my house in case of a emergency I'm so pleased with the service and how clean of a job they did I must add that when they were finished my yard looked better than it did before so thank you DMS Plumbing I will call you again and so will my family

I spoke with the owner, Doug and agreed with the time, anywhere between 1:00-5:00 pm on a Saturday afternoon. Got a call from their office around 11 am that the plumber finished early from his morning job asking if he can arrive at 12 noon. I was going for our brunch and I said that was fine but call me to confirm so I can run back home. Shortly before 12 noon, I got a call from their office that the plumber was on his way and just then my food just arrived. I managed to take a few bites and left my food with my family to attend to the plumber. 20 minutes came by and no plumber showed up. I called up and Doug the owner apologized saying he'll personally be there. I went back to the restaurant to finish my food. Doug arrived an hour later and found out nothing was wrong with my water tank. He then went to buy filters at Lowe's/Home Depot. Came back replaced them and things started to work. Since it takes time to filter the water, he said it should work in 3-4 hours. Because of what happened, HE DID NOT CHARGE ME A BIT. He said time is money, and I lost it too and they do not operate that way. I offered to at least pay for the filters he bought, but he said I had enough trouble waiting. I also offered to pay his labor and he also refused. But he asked me to write a review of his services here and I gladly agreed. This guy is worth it. Gave them a call and they originally scheduled for the next day. They had a cancellation and were able to come the same day we called. The repair only took about 30 minutes and the shower is working great; better than ever. Anthony was the plumber that fixed the problem and he did a great job.

We called out a couple different companies from angies list based on their good reviews bc we had multiple issues in our home the other companies we called offered different packages which seemed fair but when dms plumbing came to our home I was so happy how they took the time to explain what they where going to do before they get started their price was great and they were clean also what impressed me was that I had a couple of other little issues that they did at no extra cost wow in this town its hard to find honest people like them so ty we will definitely use them again

I received a letter from the water company saying I had a leak on my property. I looked up reviews and found DMS Plumbing. I called them Thursday morning asking if someone could come and find the leak. I had an appointment that afternoon (because of my schedule...original appointment was within 30 min of the call). The leak was detected and an estimate was given. They came out the next morning, repaired the leak and put the landscaping back. Doug was the technician. He was very professional, explained everything, and was true to the original estimate. Overall amazing service. Made an experience that could have been stressful, very painless.

I needed an ADA toilet installed. Price to remove existing, pick up and install new seemed high to me but I didn't have time to shop. Installer said they guarantee their installation and for me to contact me should I have any future problems. They did give me an Angie's list discount from $950 down to $800. While he was in my new home he assisted me in replacing a shower head, a pvc pipe extension on my water heater and adjusted the sink soap dispenser. He did all the extra's complimentary.

The service went well; they (Doug and Blaine) were courteous and stayed until the job was finished. As for price, I don't have anything to compare. 11 hours which included almost four hours of one man digging. We calculated that the 11 hours resulted in $200.00 per hour. And then we found out we still had to have septic tank cleaned out for another $350.00.

Almost completed DIY water heater replacement when I attempted to turn the water back on. The main valve in the house would not turn back on. Found DMS on Angie list with great reviews and called at 4:30pm. Doug called me back in less than a minute and said that they could be there in an hour or two. He and Fernando arrived an hour later. Doug was very professional and easy to work with. He replaced the main valve and looked over mu work on the water heater and replaced the shutoff valve and supply line. They completed the work in about 2.5hrs. Got a 15% discount because of Angie's List. Would recommend.

The plumber, Blaine, was professional and helpful. He fully explained what we needed, his recommendations and the reasons for them. He answered numerous questions and fully explained everything. He also came up and helped us with our dryer for no additional charge. I highly recommend them.

I chose DMS because several reviews mentioned their responsiveness and punctuality, which are especially important to me because even though I am a remote rental property owner and don't live in the house. Doug didn't disappoint - both times he surprised me with how quickly he answered my call, scheduled the appointment with the tenant for the next day, and showed up on time to complete the repairs. He literally had the work done before another plumber had returned my call. The water heater replacement was on a weekend and was somewhat of an emergency because the previous water heater had just broken and flooded part of the house. DMS was the only plumber I could find that was ready to come out on short notice on a weekend to get it fixed, and he installed a high quality water heater in such a way that it will not leak into the house in case it does malfunction someday in the future. The prices were exactly what he said they would be - no surprises. He also was able to bill me over the phone, which is another plus as a rental house owner. I would definitely use DMS again.

Blaine came out, arrived a couple of minutes early (which is unusual for companies) and took a look. It was coming from my Water softener system. He spent some time explaining different systems, but could not fix my system because the parts are only through authorized dealership. Nonetheless he diagnosed the problem, spent the time and charged me NOTHING for the call. I would try them again for another problem, and if they are as good as they seem to be first time out, I'd for sure use them again.

I called at 845 am and he was there by 930 am.. he took the time to explain everything that he found wrong, and then informed me what he was going to do to replace/ repair our disposal. it turned out we had a very big crack in the disposal that had been there for sometime. did not know! He said it would take about 30 minutes, it took about 45 because he replace a few other parts and had to repair what another repair man had done prior. And no mess! He even offered yo put away all of the items that belonged under the sink for me as well. He was very polite and pleasant, informed me he was third generation plumber and made me feel confident in his work. He also addressed some of my other plumbing concern and questions with such ease that I would call him again and again for future service.

it went very well. i called for an estimate about noon, got it , and scheduled the work for that afternoon. he called about 1:10 pm when he was on his way and arrived in about 20 min, did the job and done and gone by shortly after 2:00pm. did a very nice job, was neat and disposed of the old disposal. he was quite personable and pleasant. definetly will use again.
