Almost completed DIY water heater replacement when I attempted to turn the water back on. The main valve in the house would not turn back on. Found DMS on Angie list with great reviews and called at 4:30pm. Doug called me back in less than a minute and said that they could be there in an hour or two. He and Fernando arrived an hour later. Doug was very professional and easy to work with. He replaced the main valve and looked over mu work on the water heater and replaced the shutoff valve and supply line.

They completed the work in about 2.5hrs. Got a 15% discount because of Angie's List.

The plumber, Blaine, was professional and helpful.  He fully explained what we needed, his recommendations and the reasons for them.  He answered numerous questions and fully explained everything.  He also came up and helped us with our dryer for no additional charge.  I highly recommend them.

I chose DMS because several reviews mentioned their responsiveness and punctuality, which are especially important to me because even though I am a remote rental property owner and don't live in the house.  Doug didn't disappoint - both times he surprised me with how quickly he answered my call, scheduled the appointment with the tenant for the next day, and showed up on time to complete the repairs.  He literally had the work done before another plumber had returned my call.
The water heater replacement was on a weekend and was somewhat of an emergency because the previous water heater had just broken and flooded part of the house.  DMS was the only plumber I could find that was ready to come out on short notice on a weekend to get it fixed, and he installed a high quality water heater in such a way that it will not leak into the house in case it does malfunction someday in the future.
The prices were exactly what he said they would be - no surprises.  He also was able to bill me over the phone, which is another plus as a rental house owner.
I would definitely use DMS again.

I called at 845 am and he was there by 930 am.. he took the time to explain everything that he found wrong, and then informed me what he was going to do to replace/ repair our disposal. it turned out we had a very big crack in the disposal that had been there for sometime. did not know! 
He said it would take about 30 minutes, it took  about 45 because he replace a few other parts and had to repair what another repair man had done prior. And no mess! He even offered yo put away all of the items that belonged under the sink for me as well.
He was very polite and pleasant, informed me he was third generation plumber and made me feel confident in his work. He also addressed some of my other plumbing concern and questions with such ease that I would call him again and again for future service.

it went very well. i called for an estimate about noon, got it , and scheduled the work for that afternoon.  he called about 1:10 pm when he was on his way and arrived in about 20 min, did the job and done and gone by shortly after 2:00pm.  did a very nice job, was neat and disposed of the old disposal.  he was quite personable and pleasant. definetly will use again.

My husband found water leaking from the bottom of our hot water heat in the garage early this afternoon.  I immediately logged onto Angie's List to find a plumber to come out and fix the leak.   I called two other plumbers from Angie's List, one of them was closed for the day, and the other was hesitant to commit to coming out today to fix it.  My third call was to DMS Plumbing, LLC, where I spoke to Douglas, the owner.  After explaining my problem, and that he was my third call trying to get a plumber out, he was kind enough to come out to check the hot water heater.  He suggested that the water heater did need replacing, and that he could replace it with one that was more energy efficient and much better quality than what we presently had.  We feel he was very fair and gave us a great price on our new water heater, which by the way, included installation and his call out on a Saturday.  We definitely will be using DMS Plumbing for several other home improvements in the near future.  I am proud to say that there is still an honest business owner that is concerned about making the customer happy!

My water heater failed late Friday afternoon. I called Angie’s list and they sent a list of plumbing companies. I selected DMS Plumbing as my first choice and what a great choice I made. A short time later I got a call from Douglas Smith, the owner, and he said he could be here at about 10 the next morning. I was expecting him to tell me that he couldn’t be here until Monday. How surprised I was to hear that he could be here the next morning. I got a call around 8 o clock that morning that he revisited he schedule to make me his first call and he could be at my house in about 30 minutes if that was ok with me. My response was, “I’m absolutely amazed. Of course, please do.” He arrived with an assistant a half hour later. They were very professional. They completely their work and called me in to look at the new water heater. He was everything I would ever want in a service provider, a business man with a huge heart. He is to be commended. It was the most AWESOME experience I ever encountered! I will be very happy to recommend him to anyone that is in need of his services. Thank you Angie’s List for sending me DMS Plumbing.

The line broke on the 4th of July and my husband was out of town and I was to get on a plane and meet him on the 6th of July.  I had 1 day to get this fixed and when I called DMS Plumbing I expected to get a machine and not a person-what a surprise!  Doug told me he and his crew would be out the next morning and assured me it would be fixed in 1 day and it was.  Since then Doug and his crew have fixed my neighbors main line and they were happy with his service also.  Thanks Doug!

I called at 11 am. DMS was there by 1pm and finished by 2:30. They did a good job. Exactly what was needed.
There is just something about the owner, that rubs me the wrong way. He is good and efficient, but his personality
is that trying to hard to be friendly. I don't like talky workmen, just come and get it done and get out. I would use him again
though, his work is good.

We are Very pleased with the work completed.. Showed up at 9 am, spoke with my husband and then the work commenced.  Job was completed by 3 pm.  The owner also gave us a great concrete guy to finish the job.    All of the homes on my side of the street and the street behind us have all had the same problem. Our homes are all over 20 years old and the builder used substandard materials on the main water line.  Driving on the driveway for 20 years caused the substandard lines to break.  One neighbors line went thru the garage, hence they had a huge expense, much more than ours.

The plumber and assistant were professional and efficient. DMS provided 60 day warranty. I would highly recommend DMS. Previous plumber did not complete the job. Within three days I had the same problem and they offered no warranty.
