+ -1 moreThey were getting crazy with the prices that they wanted to charge. I never had to reboot, they just did not have much available like the on-demand and the box that you can record. Their prices kept going up. I paid $115 just for my TV. I never had to talk to them because I never had any problems. For the times that I called them, their people were always trying to help. I would consider using them again, because I think they have added a few capabilities to their package and if they are competitive and if you can record more than 2 shows at a time.
Description of Work: I had Dish for 6 years.

+ 0 morel Love Cox's inernet service. Tried Century Link for 1 year and it was horrible internet service. Also Century Link was terrible on TV service. lIt had lots of pixelation.
Description of Work: They provided internet service to us for years. Now that plus long distance phone service at a large discount too.

+ 0 moreInstall was good no issues with install. Technician was courteous and helpful.
Description of Work: I have no issues with the technician that installed the Dish. My complaint is with the sales dept. I ask specify for Pac-12 Network. I wanted Pac-12 network as part of my package. I was told that Pac-12 network was part of Americas Top 200. I bought the package. After it was installed I went to the network and saw the message not part on my sports package. I called Dish and ask about that. I was informed the Pac-12 Network would cost extra. I told them that is not what I was told when I when was sold the package. They said sorry and tried to give me 3 months free. I said no said I would cancel. They said I would have to pay for canceling early. I will stay for my contract even though they did not honor their part. In two years I will cancel. Do not believe the provider if they say it is part of the package unless you have a way to view what you want. I do not recommend Dish to anyone. Stay away from them.

Description of Work: The set up was easy, they internet guy came and finished the installation process in about 20 minutes. Important Notes: They will charge you for the equipment and installation fee also, which will come in the first month bill.
