Discount Computers

I called up a company that could fix my computer and asked if they could buy my old one. I noticed that on the first day I was there I heard one of the workers badmouthing another customer that they had just gotten off of the phone with. They said that that would be fine. I went up to the store and bought a wi-fi usb plug and gave them my old computer for them to refurbish and sell. Then when I got home I had some trouble setting up the wi-fi and called a separate company and they said that I would need a long range extender. I called and placed an order and never heard back after calling a couple times a week. I called them and finally got a response when they said there was a convention when they were backed up. When I finally got in contact with him, he got angry and told me that I didn't need a long range extender. I finally called and talked to the owner who also got a little angry. I gave them a week to cool off and called up the owner again and she was more pleasant this time and instead of giving me my entire refund back I only got a portion of it back. I overall was very displeased with this service and didn't feel very comfortable with the company at all.
