Earl did a great job. He gave me tips about a better filter to use, and how to use it to improve the A?C system. And he gave advise as to what to look out for when the A?C system fails. He seemed thorough and was very personable.

It went great. Not only did Earl and his apprentice fix the problem in no time, he gave us numerous tips on how to keep our system running more efficiently. He pointed out some things we were doing to hinder performance and walked us through when to call for maintenance. His service exceeded our expectations.

The technician was rigth on time did a great job and most importantly explained what he was doing and the condition of the units were in. All in all a very competent job by a knowledgible and pleasant techician.. The only snafu was that the clerk taking the order got one number of my phone number wrong and couldn't contact me to cofirm the origanal order date. thus the work had to be reschedule for the next day, after i called tro see why the schedulled time had passed with no contact.

Earl is the type I like to work with. He knows his business, he came when he said he would,did a qualiy job, and charges a reasonale amount.He is also a really nice guy.
