Diamond Brite Pool Service

This company has the worst reliability and customer service I have ever seen. We hired them to clean our pool which entailed the pool to be drained, acid wash, pool tile bead blasting, and one month of service. The job took twice as long, the equipment failed, and the technician said he actually works for the casino's and was just helping his friend out. After he was done bead blasting the pool tile, he didn't even sweep up nor suction up the glass beads (as his website stresses is so important) so we are left with a pool that feels gritty and looks dirty. Within three weeks our pool was green again, even though we are using their weekly service. Their technician they sent the last time stated that the pool was turning green because it had no chemicals in it. REALLY???? We were paying for weekly service. We tried numerous times to contact the owner and our phone calls were ignored. The owner would only answer the phone when we called from a number that was not familiar to him. Finally, we took a sample of our pool water to an independant supplier and they confirmed that there were NO chemicals in our water and we now have to shock our pool and spend hundreds more to treat a green pool only three weeks after spending almost $1000 to correct this problem!!!!!
