Very good. Kevin and Shaun were quick, careful and helpful if I had a special request.

Kevin and Aiden were friendly and pleasant throughout the unloading. Handled our furniture and sundries carefully as nothing was damaged. They worked quickly but didn't rush things. Got along wonderfully with the family and our pooches. Thanks fellas! Appreciate all you did for us!

Donald and Kevin absolutely kicked a:;$! They were professional and friendly and handled all my items with care. Great to work with and I highly recommend them. Their service and attitude were fantastic! Would hire them again in a second!

Extremely unprofessional, the lead of the three-man crew was extremely rude to me and my husband, not only that I had to listen to him for hours degrade and scream at his crew members. It was very hard to listen to. Not only were they late they were smoking weed and cigarettes right outside of my house. I also walked out with them having a sexually explicit conversation in my garage while my daughters were present. They parked directly in front of my neighbors garage. We had to go find them to move their car. They did not take care of items. A big huge chunk was taken out of my piano, they broke my adjustable base and refused to compensate me for that broken item. They tell you one price over the phone and then when they get there, they will charge you for every single thing even to use their blankets to move your furniture. I don’t understand that as they already purchased a blankets and they are not giving them to me. They charged me for five rolls of tape. They charge me for a bunch of things that were not discussed over the phone or before the job started so the job ended up being several hundred dollars more than originally quoted. They did not move the items where I wanted them moved. I paid one of them to mount my TVs and he left huge gaping holes where he made a mistake in my brand new house in the drywall mount unevenly. Overall, this company is very unprofessional and I do not recommend you use their services. I waited to write this review until after I contacted the owner, but they brushed me off and said they were not going to compensate me for any of these items that were broken and did not even apologize for the behavior of their crew. I wanted to give them a chance to make this right before I wrote this review but at this point I feel like everybody needs to know what they are getting themselves into. You are better off going somewhere else.

Devon and Friends moving were great! Do not hesitate to call them for your move. They work quickly and efficiently. I have a family heirloom 100 year old glass cabinet that I was very worried about, Devon wrapped it up tight and secured it in the truck in a manner that wouldn’t let anything happen to it. I was so thankful. They wrapped all of my furniture to protect it, every piece and when they unloaded they unwrapped it all and set it in place. A two bedroom apartment stuffed with furniture and boxes complete move in 4 hours. I was very happy with my move. Do not hesitate to call them for your next move.

Moving can be a stressful time. I was haste in my judgment with this company. I’d like to retract my previous review however, I seem unable to.

I was contacted yesterday & informed their moving trucks are not in service however, I could rent my own truck & they would come. I THINK NOT! I sent a $50 deposit which hasn’t been returned. I don’t know if this is a scam or what, but avoid this company!

The move went very well. Jeremy called the day before to verify move details. He arrived on time (actually a few minutes early after calling to say he was coming). He and his partner disassembled & loaded the truck in a quick & professional manner. At the delivery end they unloaded & quickly reassembled the furniture.

• 31Aug23: NIGHTMARE MOVING COMPANY: If I could give the moving company a -100, I would never Hire them again and you should not as well. Please do not hire them. I got this moving company information from Angi’s list and the reviews were pretty good, mostly about average. I ordered my furniture to be moved weeks in advance - over 2 months to be exact: The owner was at first very nice but somewhat not very responsive at times. He called me and we agreed on date, time, and amount. I emailed him a very detailed list of items to be moved and we spoke on the phone a couple times before the move day. Owner Devon Banks and I agreed via email and phone conversations an estimate price ($3500-$5000) in which I was agreeable to. I also wanted them to arrive early morning on the day of the move about 8-10am, he agreed. 2 days before the "move" I received a call from the lead person saying they would not arrive on the day until 3pm+ or later. I was like No you need to be here early so we can get this done. Since they were in Nevada DEVON did not want to give them extra night. SO, the day of the move 28Aug23 they finally arrived after having truck issues around 3p. I stated this is very unprofessional and you cannot stay past 7pm as it gets dark on the mountain and very unsafe. Upon arriving the lead stated they need an additional truck and the lead, myself, and the other worker got on the phone with Mr. Banks. He said, "Let’s do a flat rate of $3500 + a little bit more." The lead, workers, and me all heard this. So, I said "OK." The 3-man crew worked for about 4 hours until 7p 28Aug23. We agreed to pick up 1 of the workers the next morning about 3 miles away at the local hotel so that the leader and other driver could go down and pick up the other U-Haul the next morning 0730a. The next morning, they did not arrive until 10a. Upon arriving they packed, smoked and joked, on their phones until around 3p then decided to walk up to the corner market to get food about an hour. Upon them taking a meal break they finally packed up around 5p. Upon arriving at the new house 2+ hours drive time; Devon called me to settle the bill and he told me an additional 1400+. I was like "What the….. !?" I said we agreed on a price and a little more (we were thinking make ($400-$500) wow DEVON I said, "We agreed on a flat rate?" He said "no" and continued to say, "Well you basically get the 2nd truck free, and they got there late" I said, "DEVON, I/we planned this a long time ago and I sent you explicit details of what needed to be moved. It is not my fault that you did not plan correctly," So I paid because I was afraid, they would not finish the job and take my things away. Come to find out I will get a small refund of $345 later. The team did not leave until 10p 29Aug23 it took them over 14 hours in that day. I was extremely frustrated to say the least. I received a text at midnight from Devon asking if my Zelle was the same for a refund. I was thinking, "Its midnight. What the heck?" I said, "Yes," He then Zelled me the refund… So, my moved cost about $4700. Sooooo overcharged. I think if he would not have agreed to a flat rate, I would not be so frustrated, but he did we all heard him. SO, the next morning, upon turning on my 72in TV (which was not wrapped correctly, only by blankets) I found out was cracked and broken. When I found THAT out, I quickly emailed and texted Devon to get his insurance information so I can file a claim. I send him pictures and only response was how many TVs go broke and did it have a stand. I stated 1 with a stand, I stated this is the cost for replacement me. NO response all day 30Aug23. I then sent the 1st email asking again for his insurance information to file a claim. He said, "Still investigating, how many TVs broke??" I then replied I gave him the brand, sent pictures, and now he is a ghost. As of 31Aug23 1300hours NO response. SO, I am writing about this company so people are aware, and I will attach a picture of the cracked TV. I just found out that his business license out of Nevada is just pending. I will also be filing a complaint with the Nevada Transportation Authority about bad business practices.

Devon and his team are great to work with - he's on time, very organized, and professional. He responds quickly too. Moving is stressful enough and he helps takes a load off of you. He wants you to be happy with their work. I’ll definitely be hiring him again.

The movers with Devon and Friends were wonderful. They made sure to protect and care for my things and were professional throughout the process. They communicated with me, and each other, very well during the move. Expenses were outlined before the work started, and the price was fair for all the work they did. I would use Devon and Friends for moving again and recommend them for others. One recommendation, my adjustable bed was not plugged in after it was moved, it was challenging for me to move it again to get it plugged in.

There’s a lot of things that went wrong . They overcharged us for everything . They left all of our boxes in our garage in 110+ degree temperatures. They didn’t complete the whole job . They also left a lot at the other property we were living at . So now I have to do the rest of the stuff myself because they didn’t finish what they started. It took them more than 2 days to pack and move the things and they still didn’t get everything done!!! They almost charged us 5000$ for such a mediocre job ! We could have done this ourselves and had a better outcome … and we could have saved a lot more money ! DONT USE THESE GUYS PLEASE ! I’m saving you a lot of time and money ! Save your money and do the moving yourself because these guys made moving a lot harder than easier !

These guys were truly gentlemen. From the top down, they were very polite and worked nonstop and took care of our belingings. They loaded, unloaded and unpacked our 5 bedroom house in less than 8 hours. They also took great care not to damage our items or new home with unloading and unpacking. Highly recommend this team for your next move!

I can’t say enough good things about Devon & Friends…. And Devon himself. His quick response and awesome communication were greatly appreciated. We had purchased a large/heavy glass and mirrored curio cabinet from a private seller across town. They showed up on time and ready to get the job done. They took great care in wrapping the cabinet and securing it for transport. Once it arrived in our home they unpacked it and placed it where we wanted it. Their attention to detail and the extreme care they took to make sure the piece arrived safely was greatly appreciated. The cost was reasonable and we would happily recommend Devon & Friends to anyone that needs assistance in moving.. Thank you Devon!!!
