Description of Work: Called Barbara at (702) 396-2284 (the number shows on her Angie's List page) and left a message requesting information on a total kitchen remodel.

Description of Work: remodel kitchen , new cabinets, lighting , electrical , island , counters, remove a wall, closed in a wall, plumbing ,back splash, hardwood floors, baseboards. Everything went very smoothly.

Description of Work: Work will begin on January 4th. To date has been design and shopping.

Description of Work: Barbara was very prompt with our first appointment and receptive to our wanting to update our whole kitchen, three bathrooms and add a computer work center with shelving to the family room. She listened as we described what we were interested in and what our likes/dislikes were. She promised a first set of plans within a 5 day period and was right on time. She was very good at listening and putting it to paper. After we decided on the basic design, she provided all the materials from which to make choices and gave guidance to make sure we stayed on track, budget and get the design of the areas we were remodeling. This being a major remodel, we established two separate work schedules to complete one and then begin the other so the house was still in use by family. The workers were prompt and skilled and worked well with us in the area. After the kitchen was torn out, we decided that trying to find a tile floor to complement the rest of the tile in the house was impossible, so we included tearing out 1600 sq ft of tile and replaced it all. This of course changed the time line and Barbara took it all in stride. Her assistance with the colors, type of tile, granite and paint was fantastic. She took us shopping so we worked together and never felt rushed. Barbara kept on budget except when we just wanted something specific that worked with the remodel. The kitchen looks fantastic and now functions more efficiently. Our remodeled bathrooms are truly updated and will last a lifetime. The flooring downstairs perfect. Our family room work center functions just the way we wanted and fits in nicely. Barbara's expertise made this remodel go smoothly and few set backs. Any problems that were encountered with the remodel were discussed and a course of action was decided on to complete the tasks. We have had lots of compliments from others who have had updates done by others.

Description of Work: Barbara presented kitchen designs on her computer based on measurements she had taken the week before. She is also a licensed contractor (I checked on her license) which means her crew can also fix our ceiling lights and backsplash. I am looking forward to working with her after we make our final decision on our cabinets.

Description of Work: Came to see bathroom, take measurements and pics. Will meet again in two weeks. To see drawings and talk about the renovation.

Description of Work: Did a total remodel of kitchen. ceiling was raised, added French doors to the pool, high end granite, new cabinets, and new tile floor. All complete in about six weeks.

Description of Work: this can only be an interim review because the work has not yet begun but we have signed a contract and the work should start in a week or two - but i must comment on the professionalism of Barbara Turns - she is outstanding - knowledgeable - professional - punctual - and her products are top notch - we looked at other companies but she outshone them all - i have every faith that the finished product will match the job so far and i am willing to write a review when the job is finished. i can now finish this review as the project is complete and the end result is amazing, functional and beautiful - i can't say enough about Barbara and her crew - they are top notch and she is great as a project manager keeping all of her crew on schedule - their work is so professional - i could go on and on about this vendor but i think you get the idea - if you want your job done right, finished on time, completed for the price you contracted for you need to call Barbara - i recommend this vendor without reservation.

Description of Work: This contractor no longer does resurfacing for tubs.
