Description of Work: I went to them to repair a galaxy s4 screen. The wait was over on hour. So we left and came back. When we came to pick up phone the man asked for the case to put it in right away. I told them we left it in the car. When we looked at the phone we noticed that they had put on an old used and very damaged screen case. I asked them why it was damaged and they said they could change it and they only had one other one that was being held for someone else. They were able to change it in less the 5 mins. So why was there an hour wait?? When they did put on the brand new piece it was beautiful. I feel that they really tried to rip me off by selling used items at brand new prices and wanted to hide it from me by asking to put it in the case, Defrauding me as their customer. He only wanted to give me 5 dollars off ( I feel that's what he will give anyone for writing a good yelp review) I said no and we began to argue about it until customers came in,then he said he would give me whatever I wanted off, so he gave me 15 dollars off making the repair only 200 dollars. I wrote this review so others can be aware. They are the cheapest in vegas, I just don't trust them anymore.
