+ -1 moreThe technician called said he was on his way he would be an hour it was 2 hours before he got to us but that was ok since it was a holiday. But he replaced the part he replaced on the unit was too small of an amp charged us $100.00 for it and left plus the call fee which I understand, but the amp did not hold the next day we had to go to parts center and the recommended amp was 15 amp not 7.5 it was a waste of $100.00

+ -1 moreOverall we were very pleased with this service and will probably use them again if needed.
Description of Work: Spring check up on the airconditioning system in our recently purchased condo. The service technician was prompt, polite and very thorough. He did a few minor repairs but overall said that the system was in good shape. He made several helpfull suggestions for maintaining our heating/cooling system.

Description of Work: I used Desert Valley Heating & Cooling most recently two months ago. We have used them twice and they have been very good both times. They were here last for semiannual preventative maintenance.
