I used to have a lot of rental properties and I had home warranties on the rental properties and they were the contractor that came out in response to the home warranty. So it wasn't like I could choose them. Once I did away with the rental properties and did away with the home warranty policies I could choose my own contractors and that's when I started using a different company. On cost it was a home warranty so it was just a service call. I wouldn't use them again because they are part of a home warranty all of the replacement parts were the cheapest that you can buy. They weren't high quality projects. One person came out to complete the job. They did well. They're fine. As far as what they can work on in the future, it is what it is. They work for a home warranty so they're kind of limited by what they get reimbursed. The workers were good & competent.

Desert Valley Garage Doors was assigned to us by our home warranty company. We contacted the warranty company on Sunday and was contacted by Desert Valley the same day. Made appointment for next day at 8:30am. Arrived right on time and diagnosed problem. Determined that door opener needed replacing and contacted warranty company for authorization. We made appointment to install opener later in the day and David arrived early and proceeded to do installation. He was very meticulous with the install. Even used more sturdy mounting brackets than were included with the opener. Made sure all wiring was done correctly. He installed an extra bracket on the garage door to make the installation more secure. Am extremely satisfied with the service.
