Finally, a contractor who delivers exactly what the homeowner contracted! Desert Springs started and completed the project as promised. Mark came to the house and surveyed what we needed and wanted. He did an excellent job explaining how his company could satisfy our desires. He returned to our home after developing the proposed project plan and thoroughly explained the sequence of events and the costs. His plan more than satisfied all our desires and stayed within our budget. Prior to starting the project, Desert Springs maintenance supervisor Craig came to our home and again explained the schedule of events. Craig became our new best friend! He seemed to be always at the worksite ensuring work was being accomplished as scheduled. Also, he always kept us informed of the project's progression. The results are amazing! It looks like we have a new backyard. Their design, quality of products, quality of work and attention to detail gave us exactly what we wanted and what we paid for.

First of all, I found them to be a great company with great people to deal with! Rich provided the initial estimate for the desired work and was happy to provide additional estimates for other landscaping work. He was always responsive to both phone calls and email and stayed engaged during the entire project. There are a couple of warranty issues that arose during the plastering stage but Rich has assured me that they will be resolved at no additional cost to me and will be done at my convenience. The same goes for Craig who met with me at various times during the project. He always addressed my concerns and made sure that my specific instructions were followed by the subcontractors so as to limit the amount of time that I personally needed to be on site during the 2 week project. If we needed to meet, he worked around my schedule. This was especially helpful to me given my busy work schedule. Their policy calls for a 10% down payment or $1000 whichever is smaller and then they collect the balance at the end of the project once you are completely satisfied. In summary, I found this company to be very responsive to my needs, flexible in every aspect, provided a high quality product and stand behind their work. They certainly take pride in what they do and it shows! Thanks Rich and Craig!

We met with Mike the sales person who actually had many years experience building pools. He pointed out issues that the other companies neglected to tell us (like if you plan to remove the coping it can't be done without damaging the tile). He stated that the job would take a maximum of two weeks. We met with him and the owner at their showroom and picked out the granite coping and the tile. The showroom was very well appointed with all the samples and actual pools and spas that they built outside. The job was started on time and finished on time. The crews subcontracted to do the jobs were very nice, professional and eager to please. The price was in the middle of other bids that we received. We had very few issues to deal with during the construction but as with any contractors that work on your property the homeowner has to be involved and not a passive observer.

They are very knowledgeable and do very high-quality work.
