Description of Work: Provided a quote for a custom pool at our home. Design was pleasing and as we discussed at our initial meeting. Pool had many features that are extra with other pool installers (variable pump, proprietary cleaner jets, etc.). Contact was professional and knowledgeable of the pool business. Desert Springs would have been a contender for our project if their price was quite a bit lower than quoted.

Description of Work: The pricing was good after negotiating for a while, but good luck getting them to call you back. They got really busy during the summer and fell way behind. Get your pool done during the slow season if you go with them.

Description of Work: On going weekly service since October 2012.

Description of Work: Our scheduled service date was Oct 29,2012, On this day I called to find out when they would be here, I was told that they would get back to me. So far we have not heard from anyone, We did give them a deposit of 10 percent of the total amount. and we are still waiting. I had to call them again on Nov 2. Finally I got a call back and was told there was a miss communication. The guy who was suppose to do the work was never told. When they finally told him, He called and explained what happened. He came right over the next day and started draining the pool. He talked to us about the care and he and his partner finished up the very next day. I would give him a B rating because he was sincere and apologetic. The pool looks very nice and we are very pleased.
