Went smoothly. The electrician looked over the situation and then started checking the wall switch panels to isolate the one that caused the breaker to blow. He found it and discussed it with me and capped it off as agreed. Once he put the plates back and checked to be sure all was well, he swept up the resulting dust and shavings from the floor. I was very happy with the service.

It took their electrician about 15 minutes to find some loose connections in the control box. He tightened the connections and charged me for the service call and 1/2 hour of labor. Everything has worked fine since. Prompt reasonably price service.

Steve verbally walked me through some potential solutions. One of them worked! Wow. Great service and great professionalism. I highly recommend this company.

Jorge and Anthony did an excellent job. They were very professional and showed up on time. I am very pleased with their work and I appreciated the fact that I did not have to clean up after them when they were done because they took the time to do it for me. I will definitely recommend Desert Home Electric to anyone who needs their services. The cost of their services was absolutely worth the safety and security afforded me after their work was completed.

Desert Home Electric is great. At first I called other companies on the list that Angies List sent me but they either stood me up or didn't return my calls. This guys were very professional and the job they did was exactly what I wanted. They actually did an even better job than I thought since I didn't want any cables to be visible. I was prepare to have them make holes on my walls since everything had to be run through the inside of the walls. Initially they said that they might have to do a small hole or two to run all the electric wiring inside the walls. However, these guys were so good that they didn't require to do any holes on the walls saving me lots of money. They were also very clean and made sure that when they left everything was put back to normal. I will definitely use this company for any electric work that needs to be done in my house or any of my friends houses. I wouldn't ever try to use any other of the electrical companies. Don't waste your time just hire Desert Home Electric Inc and you won't regret it!

This is the 4th time that I used Desert Electrical. Jorge is terrific and the owner, Steve, is very professional. I decided to convert almost every switch in the house to GE zwave smart switches to work with a Samsung Hub and Amazon Echo. Jorge was up to the task and now Alexa can voice control our lighting throughout the house. At the same time, Jorge fixed a couple of incorrect wiring that a handyman did in moving a couple of switches.

Our jet bath tub stopped running. I called Desert Home Electric thinking that I would need someone to come out. Stephen explained to me on the phone what to do. The "GFI" had to be found. I was not thinking about the "GFI" but Stephen helped me to find where that was located at. It was behind a separate opening for the electrical components of the jet bath tub which was located behind the dresser. Stephen was very honest"; he could have sent out a person and charged me for that; but he didn't. He helped me fix it over the phone. Desert Home Electric is now my person for "anything electrical" at our house.

I am TOTALLY pleased with the work that Desert Home Electric did for my home. They are an outstanding company! The owner, Stephen Raleigh, is to be praised for hiring and training such an excellent crew. His men came out to my place on four different occasions. Each time I was impressed with their work and work ethics. They always worked quietly and diligently to get the job done in a timely manner and made sure to clean up after themselves, even though they were so tidy that there was very little to clean up from their work. They arrived on time and called the requested twenty- minutes ahead so I would know their arrival time. Stephen's men all spoke highly of Stephen and mentioned how much they enjoyed working for him. HAPPY WORKERS!! Even when I had given them the incorrect information, the men went back to their office to get the correct supplies without making me feel badly. How nice that was of them! Stephen even went there with his men once , with my permission, when I was not able to be home, to take care of a question I had with an exterior light. I was very impressed that his men would go into the attic crawl space so the wires could be run through the attic, when possible, instead of where they would show. Everything was always done to make me a very satisfied customer...which I definitely am. The charges were all very fair. I was given a written proposal so I could choose what I wanted done, and in what order, as my finances allowed. I will definitely call Stephen, if I need additional electrical work done. Juan and crew did a great job installing the ceiling fans. They laid down tarps to protect the floors and furniture. Everything was installed very professionally. New light switches and face plates were installed as need. Adjustments were required in a few locations and ceiling braces added to make sure everything was done properly.

Desert Home Electric saved me sooo much money and I am so grateful. Steve explained to me how the job would be done and gave me a quote for the work. He then recommended that we purchase a gas dryer instead because it would probably be more cost effective for us. I told him there was no gas stub in the room and he assured me that if there was no 220v outlet there would, indeed, be a gas stub there somewhere. He asked me to forward pictures of the walls and saw what I was talking about. He suggested calling the SW Gas to confirm the existence of a gas stub, which they did, and we ended up locating it. He asked me to get back in touch with him to let him know we were able to find the gas stub. I am so impressed with this company's ethics and the lengths they will go to help, in this case even though it meant no work would be contracted for.

He was also very helpful in guiding me to looking for the GFI outlet in the garage to do a quick fix. The fix work and the service call was not needed. Although service was not provided, Steve's professionalism was commendable.

I called to see if someone could come out to help with garage door not working after storm. They were able to get someone out that day but walked me through making sure my garage outlet gfi wasn't tripped so I didn't waste money on a service call. In fact it was. Steve even called back to check on me a couple hours later. Great service and would hire in the future!

The first hour should have been covered by service call and not to charge additional fees. Otherwise the hourly rate became over 125 per hour, that is too high.

They did a great job and were very responsive.

The smoke detector was beeping all night presumably because the battery needed changing. However I was unable to reach it as it was in the center of a very high ceiling. They came a few hours after I called them with a folding ladder tall enough to reach the smoke detector and installed an entirely new one for only $35.00. They then replaced a bad outdoor floodlight, however the new light would not function either. The electrician, whose name I believe was Ociel (apologies if I have this wrong or misspelled), investigated the problem and spent some time tracing the connection back to a harness buried in the soil which turned out to be faulty. He repaired this, and the light has functioned normally since. The total bill for all the work was very reasonable given the amount of time spent on the problem and expertise provided. I have used this company several timed in the past and will continue to use them as I have always been very satisfied with their work

Every thing went well. the individuals covered all furniture with plastic sheeting so no dust fell upon our posessions. the two individuals cleaned up and removed all boxes and trash. A great Job by Juan and Gabriel.

From first contact to job completion this company was very professional. The electrician (Oscar) showed up on time, had the parts needed for the job, completed the work in a timely manner and didn't seem to mind me hanging around talking. The people at Desert Home Electric are very good at their trade and I will be using them for future electrical needs.

Had a electrical problem at my house and thanks to steve it was resolved over the phone. Thank you steve so much as your solution worked perfect. will always call this company.

I called Desert Home and they were quick to find someone to help me. He walked me through what I needed to try before sending someone out. Thanks to him. I was able to fix the problem without any charge. I'm a single mother that works from home and with their help I was able to get my power back and get back to work.

DHE installed four double photo cell flood lights using LED lamps. They installed these with automatic time clocks in place of switches. This was quite complicated as they had to drill through the walls and garage to get electric power to the lamps. They also installed a GFI plug outside for our outdoor lights. They checked the landscape lights and fixed some loose connections and replaced the bulbs. The house is now beautifully lit up at night, and these new lamps use very little power. Very pleased and would definitely recommend.

The technician called 30 minutes before arrival. He showed up near the beginning of the 2 hour window. The 2'x2' flat panel LEDs were recommended by Desert Electric. The installation went well. It took about 4 hours from start to finish. The technician was helpful and did a good job. I had wiring for one light in the garage already, so the new panels were wired from the preexisting light. The panels are not completely flush to the ceiling. You can see a bit of light at the top of the lights beside the ceiling. The panels look good in my garage and provide good light in the day and night.

During the service call after describing the problem we were advised to check a service outlet in garage because if light was on in this switch (which it was) it simply needed to be reset. Reset light on our own and problem in bathrooms resolved and power restored! Cost to us for this simple fix was zero. Desert Electric is an amazing company that obviously commits to true customer service and while it was not necessary to hire them for a job this time, we definitely now know to call Desert Electric for all our electrical needs. Highly recommended!
