It went great. Super smooth. Joe was there to answer any questions, show us houses day and night, weekends and holidays. He truly has a passion to help his clients get not only a home they will love, but one that'll set them up financially in good standing. Joe got us the perfect home, in a gated community, with mountain views and all for under our max budget. He even fought during closing to have some issues fixed that were not present during the initial walk through and inspection. Joe is the man hands down. Joe made buying my first home such an awesome experience! Being a new home buyer, I had tons of questions along the way and wanted to make sure I was doing everything correctly and in a timely manner. Not only did Joe help every step of the way, displaying an incredibly deep understanding of the process from his many years of experience, but he always got back to me promptly no matter how big or small my question or concern. I also wanted to be careful to get the most bang for my buck and find a home that provided adequate value for the price. (It's a big purchase!) When we were looking at potential homes, Joe was always eager to point out not only the pros, but also the cons of each property. And when something was overpriced, he said so. He didn't sugarcoat it. It always felt like his goal, first and foremost, was to help me find a home (and at a price) that I would be happy with for a long time. The bottom line is Joe takes his job incredibly seriously and he's really, really good at what he does. I would definitely recommend working with Joe on your next home purchase!
