It just was a wonderful experience having such a reliable company. Thank you again for helping me find this company. They definitely deserve 5 stars.

Overall it went very well! They were punctual and did everything they said they would. The only problem was in scheduling. When I called to schedule, they told me I would have to do it online and it took quite some time. Would have been much easier and quicker to do it by phone.

They were prompt. They did a good job.

Worst company I ever had out to my house. Not only do they not notifiy you when they will be there, they find ways to not perform the requested services. I had to write to them 3 times trying to explain what I wanted them to do. and they still got it all wrong. I was working an Afghanistan last year and my wife with our 2 dogs was home. I decided to have my front yard (desert landscape) trimmed and cleaned so my wife did not have to do it. I asked for my front yard to be trimmed and cleaned along with the side where my A/C in located. It would only take 1 hour for 1 guy to do everything so I was not worried that they would be able to do it in time. I asked for my tree's lower branches (2 feet off the ground) to be trimmed off, so the tree will grow taller. After finding out from my wife that they did not trim my tree I e-mailed them. They stated that since the tree was over 10 feet tall they would not trim it. I explained again that I wanted the branches that are 2 feet off the ground trimmed not the top of the tree. In the end they refused to do it. They also claimed they knocked and rang the door bell to my house. Funny my dogs never barked nor did my wife hear anything. Since I have never received the before and after pictures of the work performed I believe they went to the wrong address. But I can not prove it since I was in Afghanistan at the time. By the toime I arrived back home at the end of June, the bushes had grown back out (provided they did actually do the work).

They did an excellent job. I appreciated the service.

Overall the experience was very positive.

I was thrilled with the performance of the company, the communication from the office and how beautifully they left my yard. I truly was so pleasantly surprised. I will definitely use them again.

Called to get a REFUND from Angie's LIST directly and was promptly refunded my $129.00. There was no follow-up from this company EVER... I am not sure what has happen with this company, the reviews were good at one time and then went south.. If your time is valuable, I'd avoid them.

I would have been impressed if they had completed 2/3 of what I asked for. I don't want to lead any potential customers astray and have them expect miracles, but I was blown away by how hard they worked and how much they accomplished. (Particularly in long pants, sleeves and gloves in 100+ degrees!) I will hire them again.

I called and had an appointment within a week. They showed up and had all the work I requested done within 2 hours time.

It took them about an hour 1/2 to complete the job. I was overall pleased with their services. The only issue I had was there were 2 bushes that didn't get trimmed. They seemed to be about 9ft tall and the head guy told me that they would only trim bushes that were 8ft or below. They may have told me this I just didn't recall the conversation.

.Overall, it went as well as it could....given the time it took for one of the men to labor on the fine cutting on the three palms. The guys worked really hard and gave more than the two hours in the deal. The real hang up came as we waited for a week for the estimate on the resodding work. After a week, my wife called and was told they weren't doing resodding......because they couldn't guarantee it. Would have been nice to know from the beginning. We then scrambled to find someone to get it done under much shorter time constraints.

I was extremely happy with their service. They brought two people who said they will stay for only two hours, but they stayed 2-1/2 hours. They did an excellent job and I didn't have to call anybody for the 30 months to do it again.

The day I purchased the "Big Deal" , I called Dembois Landscape to arrange an appointment.. Allison answered the phone and I explained I was trying to have the work done as a "surprise" for my husband. She was great with handling all the details. Johnny called later and came by to inspect the work that need to be performed and my order of priorities. Wow...that was great. Next he took pictures of where the work was to be completed. The crew arrived that week, at a time set that my husband would not be home. But we were all surprised when that was a day he decided to take off work, the surprise was all on us. Non the less we were all surprised.The company is very professional, and stresses the point of meeting the needs of the client. The were very punctual, worked non stop the entire time they were at our residence. They too were polite, they worked hard, and our yard was the beneficiary. We would recommend Dembois Landscape to anyone, we are looking forward to using them in the future.

I was out of town and my lawn was getting a little out of control, or so the letter from my HOA told me. So I contacted these fine folks via their website, filled out the simple forms and they quickly went to my place, did an inspection and replied to me via email with a very reasonable quote for a one time total cleanup of the entire property. I supplied a 50% deposit via their online payment tool and a few days later they went back and cleaned up my yard so it looked better than when I first moved in! They took pictures of the completed tasks and placed them online for me to retrieve and review from my hotel room. The bags of refuse were neatly piled up and left for my trash pickup on the sidewalk. I highly recommend these people, they were responsive, polite and through in the handling and disposition of my request. Top notch, will use again soon.

They were fantastic. 100% fantastic. They been out a few times for different jobs. Depending on the job, they send out the appropriate number of workers. You pay 50% upfront and then the other half after the work is done.

The supervisor Johnny and the workers were very professional. I was so impressed with the work that I have set up maintenance twice a month, and I am having more work done with pavers in the back and front yards.

They said they would be here on Monday and they did come out last Monday. They did a great job. They come out every two weeks and charge me monthly. They do more than just cut grass. They trim edges and so forth. Once it took them a couple of weeks to get everything in the computer and all that. That was the worst part, but after that everything went smoothly.

They offer very good service, prompt and professional. I've been using him for 4 years and wouldn't use anyone else.

They are very conscientious. They do all their work through the internet. They send e-mails on when they are going to come. They have work orders to fill out if you want them to do any specific work. They are English-speaking and well organized. I get a senior discount from them on the cost.

It is called desert landscaping that has trees and shrubs, no grass. They are water conservative. Most of the landscapers that I have used don’t speak English and so it was hard to communicate with them. I like them because they are highly reliable, their workers all speak English and they are all computer automated. They send me emails to let me know it is time to do some work. He is very professional and he does all in writing. His workers have been terrific and they are really good guys. They photograph everything. So, when they come and do work at the beginning of the year they take digital pictures. They keep a record with digital pictures.
