They have continued to provide pest control service at a variety of addresses and have always been professional and dependable. I have been very happy with their services and delighted to work with them.

This business is horrible!!! Do NOT allow this company to spray your home! They were not able to control my problem with scorpions, they were unprofessional in my home, they have zero customer service, and they continue to charge me long after I canceled service with them! Misty Goodroad is rude, disrespectful and only cares about taking your money! I have never dealt with such a despicable company! Save your money! Call someone else!

They came twice, we still have scorpians.

They are supposed to put ant killer inside and outside the house. But they only did the outside of the house, and so there are still ants inside our house.

I still have them!!! I asked several times for them to go in attic and never did. They are in my walls. 2 different guys came and neither one did. I talked with lady on phone several times about why were the rats taking so long to capture and said it varies. Well if nothing gets caught and they are not putting traps were they are then how are they going to capture them. Now I have to hire another company!!!!! Now I'm Leary of using Angies list.

It stated free estimates in the booklet but they never stated that it was an over the phone estimate. The lady in the office never mention that it was over the phone estimate rather than in person. As far as the man that came out he was ok and did what he was supposed to do. He was very helpful. The woman who worked in the office is the one that I had the issue with it was very misleading.

He was thorough while spraying. He was great with my dog. He paid attention to what he was doing and did not look around my house (as some people do to see what you own), very professional and nice.

Setting up the appointment was simple and the office contacts were pleasant and helpful. The technician arrived at the appointed time and was thorough, pleasant, and efficient. I was informed of the options for monthly service, but there was absolutely no pressure. I don't plan on signing a contract, but I will have them back for periodic treatment of my home.

Wendell and gang showed up promptly, did a professional job, were very friendly, worked around all four of our dogs, and Misty even brought us breakfast burritos! Who knew Vegas has termites? We don't any more..would highly recommend Delcon for any pest control.

The treatment did not take 30 minutes to complete. Within a few days, we were cleaning away dead bugs, and we haven't seen a swarm or trail of ants (which were prevalent and problematic) since treatment! Super results; we will hire them again!

Found bees swarming around my hot tub 3:30 Saturday afternoon. Called Delcon. Guy came over in half an hour, put on suit, killed hive in hot tub, caulked openings. Bees are gone. Fast, professional, friendly. And fifty bucks cheaper than the other companies I called.

Delcon Termite & Pest Control is a first class operation in every respect. While assisting my elderly uncle in Las Vegas on a long distance basis, I worked with Delcon for approximately two years in the treatment of his condo. All of the employees were extremely professional, responsive and courteous in all instances. Considering the fact that I live in New England, it was very reassuring to know that I didn't have to worry about the job being done properly and for a fair price. I highly recommend them for any pest control service needs.

When there was a little problem, he didn't hesitate to come back out. He was just a good guy that definitely said, "Okay, yeah, I tried to do a good job but it wasn't perfect so I'm sorry about that. I'm gonna come back out and fix it" and he did. It's not always going to be perfect but it's their followup that makes a difference. For the first visit, he and another guy were out probably for at least two to three hours and for the followup, he was out for less than an hour to get it fixed. His price was very reasonable. Customer service was good. Followup was great. Quality was good, too and he was happy to correct the little problem with the meshing so he came back out and did that.

The service was good. I've had them for years. They are really satisfactory. I had an ant problem and they solved that problem.

I like the service that I use and they have been reliable for over many years, that is why I use them. They do a great job. I don?t have any dislikes. Like I have said, I have used them for many years. The service is worth the price. I never looked around for price comparison.

It was very good. I've used them since the year 2000. They were very good to work with, their price was reasonable, the office staff was great, the fellows that came out and the technicians were great. They were very accommodating. I just can't say enough good things about them. They are reasonably priced, they were just on schedule for use if you needed to adjust it and they always call before they come out.
