+ -1 morePaint and cement spilled on deck below, staining cool deck in multiple large places. When I inquired about fixing, I spoke to Nancy, with whom I had to follow up several times before getting anything scheduled. When one of the supervisors came out, he reviewed the work done, stated the person who had done it, "was no longer with the company" and "he would never allow it to be repaired that way," which is another way of stating the repairs were not done properly, confirmed by the distinct line in the deck where the repair had been done, although the who thing was to be resurfaced to match. Further, when I inquired about getting the stains covered below, the only resolution was for us to pay to have the rest of the deck painted, since they could not match the existing paint. Joke!! Now, Nancy won't even return my calls!

Description of Work: Made appointment for estimator to come to house and give estimate on deck repairs. First appointment the estimator did not show and did not call. Made second appointment on different date, and estimator did not show and did not call. I called the estimator two hours after he said he would arrive, and he said he would be out later in the day. He did not show, and did not call. Three strikes and they are out. This type of unprofessional behavior gives a strong indication of the type of work they will do.
