I spoke to Ken Bagwell to make an appointment for 12:00 at 15 min. after I called, and he said he would be there in 15 min. more, then showed up at 12:45. He said he would call me back after he went to the office he did not call me for three days. I called back he said he would call back within the hour, two hours later I called back and the estimate was about $300 more.

Deaken is reputable company that we had heard about through friends of ours. This job was rather large, but they managed to do it without disturbing our daily routine too much. The workmen kept the work site relatively orderly, and when they were done, did a major clean up job. Everything was done well, and we finally finished what we have wanting to do for a long time.

Deaken Construction did a great job of getting our entire downstairs repaired after a recent flood. The insurance company covered the cost and helped in the choice of contractors. The company was great to stand behind their work. The men who did the sheet rock did a nice job, but the first set of painters were not very efficient at all. It took two more sets of painters before we were pleased with the painting and Deaken Construction was great to make sure we were satisfied with the work. The crew who looked after the flooring also did a very nice installation work. The company is trustworthy, professional, and provided us with excellent customer service.
