Dave and his crew showed up on time explained what they were going to do. Finished the job on time all his men were very professional and their cleanup was exceptional. Would recommend dc painting to all. Great job very satisfied.

They came on June 14th to do all the prep work..powered washed the house, did all the caulking around the windows and all outside fixtures, and did patch work on the stucco. On the 15th of June they were here on time, actually a little early, which was great. They were very professional. They put plastic on all the windows and doors, and pushed all the decorative rocks away from the house. They did a fantastic job. My house looks beautiful and I am 100% satisfied. When they were done, they put up the new lights I had bought and the new numbers for the house. They cleaned up everything and took away all the trash. When I'm ready to paint the interior I will call David Cordon again.

They were prompt and professional. They provided a detailed quote, and responded to all me concerns. I just choose to use a different painter. I would feel comfortable using their services based on their responses and their quote.

These guys are great. I would highly recommend them and will definitely hire them again if/when I need any painting done. They do great prep work and pay attention to detail. They are all professional and very easy to work with.

Very professionally done, on time. I had previously used David for a bigger job--repairing and repainting the stucco wall around my backyard. That job was done very well and also reasonably priced. That's why I called him for this smaller job. I will most definitely call him again for any interior or exterior painting.

I will never forget them. He was ultimately the best. He was fair, went out of his way, and was extraordinary. I would highly recommend him. I could not give them a high enough rating. He went above and beyond. He was wonderful and the quality of his work and insisted on two coats. Everything came out perfect. He was very neat, wore booties, covered floors that were not even being done. They went out of their way.

Received 3 bids to repaint my ~2000 sq ft house. DC Painting's bid was the most explanatory and slightly lower in cost. David provided a thorough presentation of the work to be completed. The presentation was the best of the 3 companies I interviewed. They power washed and prepped the walls on the first day. Painted the entire home on the second day. I purchased the upgraded paint for $200 more. They did a complete clean up at the end of the job . Throughout the process, everyone was professional and thorough. I definitely recommend DC Painting and would use again.

Got 3 bids of which Dave was most explanatory. Bids comparable in cost but was reassured by prior reviews, and comprehensive presentation by David. Decided to upgrade paint which added about $200 to cost. High winds prevented original start date by a few days. When started, completed in two days. Appreciated thorough clean up and that David replaced a section of patio wood strip that had weathered and deteriorated. Throughout, David and crew was professional and thorough. Highly recommend.

I contacted David because we needed some stucco repaired. David told me he would have his stucco guy (Andres) contact me, who did right away. Andres gave me an estimate after looking at some photos and came out to the house a few days later to start the work. The stucco looks great, the price was excellent, and he and David were both very professional and got back to me right away. I would definitely use DC Painting again.

David the Owner of DC Painting did exactly what he said he was going to do! Very fair price, and did an excellent job!

I called and made an appointment. David came out and assessed the job and provided an estimate. The paint was included in the estimate. We set a work date, but it rained; so, we revised the date. He helped with matching the existing paint colors since our paint sources were differrent. On the day the work was done ,two painters came; they were on time and the job was completed around noon. The painters were professional and did a good job. I would use this company again.

My neighbor and I both decided to get our homes painted. I found DC painting at the top of Angie's list and saw many glowing reviews so I contacted David. He quoted prices on both our homes that seemed fair and reasonable. My neighbor and I also liked that David took his time teaching us about different grades of paint and never got pushy about getting our business. We scheduled out paint jobs a week apart. David's crew took extra time to work around vines I worried that may be damaged. They also took their time around the patio cover and windows, being extra careful not to damage the cover and the bushes and trees nearby. They cleaned up everything leaving no trash or mess for me to clean up. My neighbor and I both loved the quality of the paint and work. Thank you!

The job could not have gone better. We took weeks to pick out a color scheme; David furnished, at his cost, many samples of paint. The crew was great and tolerated our dogs and even took us to the locksmith when one of the dogs locked us out of the house.

He was professional and punctual from start to finish. I did a 1000 ft addition to my house a few years ago, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. David was the best contractor I have ever worked with. Perfect and painless.

The first thing they did was power wash the exterior of the house. They then caulked around all windows and any openings. They also primed all the edges and bottom edges and the tops of walls that were peeling. The third day they painted everything making sure that all the surrounding areas were covered with paper to protect them. They did an excellent job. They were very professional and very polite. We would definitely recommend them. We got 3 estimates and their price was in line with the others.

I give David the highest recommendation possible ~ the experience was the best! Painting your whole interior house is the most challenging thing ever, from choosing the paint as well as the painter! We had three paint estimates and are so pleased we went with David! Working with David was a positive experience from the first phone call to completion of work. He is professional, courteous, and a great listener to your painting concerns! He clearly and honestly quoted a very competitive price. He and his crew were always very prompt everyday. I can't recommend him highly enough. He is awesome and does amazing work; I will never use anyone else! His work skills are impeccable from start to finish. We were very impressed with David both as a painter and a business person. He is very detailed in his quote, everthing spelled out in writing. We even had him do additional rooms at the last minute before our painting job and he was so aggreeable, "no problem"! David's work is meticulous and precise. He is very reliable, responsive and respectful of your home, no worries at all. Such high quality work including clean up! Save the headache and hire him!!!

It took them 2 days to complete the job. The were on time, cleaned up their mess, painting was done neatly with no mess. Overall an excellent experience.

Absolutely, fantastic experience. David is the most professional painter I had the privilege to work with regarding the exterior painting of my house. He and his crew showed up on time. They immediately got to work. I was really impressed with the fact that not a drop of paint was anywhere except on the house. They not only put paper down but they also taped it to the ground. The crew removed all my exterior lights and when they were finished painting, David installed all my new fixtures. My house is now the prettiest on the block. I would recommend David to everyone I knew. He is the absolute best.

Three painters showed up about 7:30 Monday morning to paint the fascia boards on my house and my neighbor's house. They gave us 10% off for doing both houses at the same time. They scraped off the peeling paint, primed everything, and painted all the boards.They were done with both two story houses by 3:30 PM! Then they went into our back yard and power washed and scrubbed the patio. On Wednesday another painter came and painted and clear coated the patio. DC Painting did a great job on the fascias and patio and used top quality materials. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone.
