From providing a professional written estimate through the completion of our project, David and his crew were professional and experienced. The repainting of my home was performed on time and on budget and looks amazing. I would hire them again.

Excellent. David's crew did a wonderful job, they were very professional; they cleaned everything up when the job was finished. David reviewed exactly what he was going to do prior to starting job and came afterward to make sure I was satisfied with the work done. We had worked with David previously so were aware of his expertise and work ethic. He gave us a quote over the phone after I gave him an overview of what we needed painted. He instructed me on where to go to pick out the paint color. Since this is a second home, many of our communications had to be via email and he always responded promptly and professionally. The painters(2) arrived as scheduled and took care to move and protect the furniture. This was a several hour project and we couldn't be happier with the results! Within the next year we will be having David and his team paint the exterior of our house. From our perspective there is no need to get a bunch of quotes for your next paint job.... save the time and frustration and just choose DC Painting.they will have all of our future business!

Excellent. My wife set up the date with the owner, David. He had Baltimore come out the same week to paint the room. Baltimore was professional and neat. I'm particularly clean, and he left nothing for me to complain about. Baltimore probably spent more time on the room since he had to leave and purchase more paint. The cost of service didn't include the paint. He didn't complain about it or change the price of the job. There's a few great paint companies on Angie's List, and this is certainly one of the best.

David was very informative and detailed as to what they would paint. He took time to explain the process from beginning to end. As this is the first time my husband or I have had a house painted we had a lot of questions. David was patient and courteous with his answers. It was a difficult decision between two companies. This time we are going with the other company. But I would recommend David and his company to any of my friends.

David was punctual and very helpful in providing a detailed written estimate on the exterior painting of my home. He also was very helpful in reviewing the required paint schema from my HOA and obtaining paint samples to put on my walls. I decided that I was not ready to paint our house at that time and called David a few months later and told him we wanted him to paint our home. I politely asked him if he could get the paint samples again for us from the store. He refused and stated that he didn't want to deal with that headache again. I found that statement funny because his business cards say "Let us take care of your headaches!". I found David to be an honest good guy but was disappointed that he was unwilling to go the extra mile for a customer that was eager to use his painting services. I later found an exceptional painting company through Angies List so I guess everything happens for a reason.

This company was a pleasure to work with. They were reasonably priced, responsive, did what they said they would do, and did a great job. I would highly recommend this DC Painting.

DC painting was flawless in every way. The painting came out gorgeous, and David (the proprietor, I presume) was very helpful in color selection and material choices. You can completely trust his expertice. His employees are complete professionals and well-versed in customer service. They are polite, punctual and work very hard. I cannot think of any reason why you would not be ecstaticly pleased if you hired these guys. This included painting the doors and garage door. They were fabulous. They were on time everyday, worked hard, and communicated well. They also gave us an upgrade on the paint and their prices are great as well. They caulked all around the windows and doors. They did a great job of preparing the house before they started paining. They went above beyond what they needed to do. David, the owner, came and inspected the first day and the last day to make sure that everything was just right. The owner was willing to make sure the job was complete before they left.

I got 3 estimates, and DCs was the best. That is not always good, but DCs owner answered all my questions regarding details, and prepared an excellent detailed estimate. The crew came on time, worked hard, and did excellent work. They were polite and tended not to bother us unless there was an important question. They were neat and clean. They worked hard all day, for three full days, and paid attention to all the details. DCs owner, David, went over the entire job and all the walls, fences and house making sure it was all done well. This has been one of the most positive contractor experiences I have had.

Did an excellent estimate, very professional. Worker showed up on time. Preparation was done as promised. Painting was done very professionally. Cleaned up afterwards. Would definitely use this company again.

The workers showed up on time , in fact a little early both days. The work was competed beyond my expections The workes cleaned and removed all the trash and debris. The final price was the exact price as the quote. I would use this contractor again without a second thought. I could not be happier with the work.

David (Cordon) was extremely professional. He personally showed up for the estimate and walked me through everything his team would do and explained the options I had for various levels of paint (and was honest about which one would be best). I got several other quotes and David's was equivalent to one other from a VERY respected painter in town. I opted for David because I just got a better feeling for him. (It was obvious that he personally cared and that it was HIS name on the line -- at least in my opinion.) When it came time to actually do the painting, I was out of town and my wife (who works full-time) had to deal with David and his crew. It went very smoothly and she was extremely happy with the way they dealt with the stucco repairs, prepping the base of the house (raking away all the rocks, etc), and making sure all the shrubbery was taken care of during the paint job. Her ONLY complaint was some of the mess that was left behind by the workers each night while they were doing the job. The clean up at the end of job was great and she was very happy with the result. She just would have been happier if they were a little more conscientious about the cleanliness of the job site each night. It's a nitpick but it was the ONLY problem she had with David and his crew. Overall they were awesome.

David came out and gave us a free estimate for everything which we felt was a very reasonable price. His crew came out about a week later and started the project. They were all very professional, cleaned up after themselves, and worked very hard. The end project came out great and looks wonderful. We are very happy with this company and plan to use them again in the future.

David and his team painted every inch of a home we just purchased. They did a great job and were professional and detailed. They even finished a day before schedule. As we walked the house, David made a few suggestions that included Venetian plaster in a niche. It looked incredible! We have had so many comments. I was going to put a picture in the niche, but love just the plaster. We would use DC Painting again no question!

On 09/19/13 DC Painting Owner David arrived at 7:30 am as scheduled with a crew of two men. Everyone was courteous, friendly, and professional. They went right to work preparing the entire residence and property for the painting process. Power washing was done, stucco repair was completed, and the protection of non painted areas was completed. On the morning of 09/20/13 the work continued without bothering any of the family or dog inside. There were two crews of two men each on this day. David stopped by numerous times during the day to supervise his employees and approve the work with his critical eye. On Saturday 09/21/13 one crew arrived at 7:30 am. They preformed touch up work and then began a clean up process that included the replacement of hardware items. By 3:00 PM everyone was gone. The property was completely clean and back to normal. Everything was painted and looked brand new. We did an inspection with Owner David and found no problems or complaints. We made our final payment, were thanked, and then left with our newly painted home and cleaned property. All my contractor experiences should be this easy. We were never inconvenienced during this entire process. The price charged was extremely reasonable for the quality of the work and the premium products used. This very professional Painting contractor did a fine job at our home. We will recommend DC Painting for all interior and exterior work. They are honest and honorable.

David (Owner) was quick with his estimate and explaining the entire process with us. The Crew was very friendly, neat, and professional. They removed all the old drape rod holders and then re-spackled the damaged areas and other wall flaws. Their next move was to cover and tape all places that would not be painted. They also assisted us with covering large furniture pieces that could not be moved. After spraying the ceiling and walls they went on to the woodwork. The rooms looked wonderful when done. The Crew cleaned up everything in the room and hall. They made sure everything was correct. These fellows even helped replace furniture in the room and hall. When they left for the day the area was brand new looking. There was no smell from the paint and no debris left in our rubbish. The Crew started on time at 7:30 AM Monday morning and were done and gone by 3:30 PM. The whole even from our initial meeting with David of DC Painting right through his final goodbye was without incident. It was a very low/no stress event.

Full crew showed up on schedule, worked industriously, and left with the paint job perfect and the site cleaned up and in order.

Service was great! Andres helped us with many projects linked to the installation of a swimming pool. We initially had Andres install an extra row of cinder blocks to meet the 5 foot code requirements for the wall that surrounds our pool. He was patient when our Association complained that we had not chosen the proper shade of blocks. He gave us two more color options after the Association gave us the name of the vendor that they had used in the past. Once the selection was made he took down the blocks he had originally purchased and returned them. As the pool project progressed the grade of the lot was changed and we found it necessary to add a few more rows of blocks for the purpose of privacy this time. We called Andres back and he performed the work amongst the pool crew while dodging some trenches without complaint. When we realized that we had to close up our dog door to pass one of the inspections, he replaced the drywall, and stuccoed the interior and exterior of the house and painted it to match. He also filled in holes in the stucco and dry walled and taped for us again when we installed security cameras. We would highly recommend Andres and his assistant!

The job was great. David gave me the name of a stucco company that was very responsive on time and very professional. They showed up on time and did a great job, Andres, of AND Construction. David gave me an estimate in writing for various jobs around my house. We arranged a time for the painting of the block wall first, and the job was done on time. All in all David is very professional and I would recommend him highly.

Excellent. I normally get 3 quotes and DC Painting was the only company to get back to us the same day. Fantastic service, did a great job painting and cleaned up their mess. I will be using them in the future.
