He was extremely professional and did a great job. I was very impressed with his bid. He printed out a four-page bid with color illustrations from his laptop in his truck. I haven't seen anything like that before. I have since hired him for another job and recommended him to others. I would use him again.

David came out to look at our house, and listen to our needs. He was very likeable, professional, and gave us options and a fair estimate. His team was punctual, courteous and did a great job. They did all the prep work in about 4 hours on one day, then the second day, did a fantastic job painting the house, getting it done in about 7 and a half hours. It looks fabulous! We were charged the quoted amount. I highly recommend DC Painting!

DC Painting was the most professional company we called for estimates. David Cordon was the most informative, timely and gave us the most detailed estimate. The DC crew was punctual, pleasant and incredibly hard working. DC also painted the interior of our garage. Excellent results with garage and house. We would love to hire DC again to paint our back building. We highly recommend the company. We're not sure why the telephone review we gave to Angie's List was never posted for DC Painting.

Very thorough. The prep work was great. Everything was covered to prevent paint spatter and spills. All windows were covered as well as awnings. The work crew was here for 12 hours and never left our house until everything was completely painted and yard was cleaned and back to normal. The paint used was very good and the care that the painters used was exceptional. We would definitely hire them again.

As stated, I needed to get the fascia of my house painted. I got estimates, and, by far, this company was the most professional. David walked the house and gave me a written estimate of the work. It detailed what he was going to do as well as the paint that he would use. He even gave me brochures regarding the quality of the paint! He scheduled the work for May 11, and got there ahead of schedule to make sure that his guys were there and ready to go. The guys worked most of the day and completed the job. They scraped off the old paint before painting the fascia (boards under the roof). They left the extra paint. They cleaned up after their work and took the garbage with them. Unfortunately, I missed them for payment, so I got the address and sent the payment the next day via USPS. The process was smooth and I believe that they did a good job. I would use them again and recommend this company as they are professional. I believe that the owner, David, really cares about the quality of his product and goes the extra mile in making sure that the client is fully informed.

We met with the owner Dave first. He was so nice and mannerly. His knowledge of his business and paint was second to none. The two workers we had were Narry and Melvin. They showed up every day early, and worked late. They were both absolute "PRO'S" at everything they did and said!! They are the BEST!! tHE ENTIRE JOB AND THE PEOPLE ARE A +++

David who met with me for the initial estimate, was extremely professional and was able to submit a printed estimate at the initial meeting/site inspection. His bid was not the lowest, but his detailed proposal and presentation were far superior to the other bids we received. David's workers were prompt and did an exceptional job completing the work in the time promised. My only complaint would be for the workers to not play their music quite so loud as I work from home and the loud music made working difficult.

This was the second house that I used DC Painting on. They were very prompt, professional, and orderly. There was thorough prep work done to mask/cover everything and clean up every bit of rubbish afterward. I cannot fault their work-they do a beautiful job! This house was brand new, and after receiving the bid, we were a little surprised at the price. The price for the previous house that they painted in March was better, and it was an older home that needed a lot more work. I would still recommend and use them, just be more thorough about getting a second bid from another provider. Excellent service from them though!

05 May - Contacted DC Painting (David Cordon Jr) for an estimate. Meeting time established - 7 May @ 10:30 a.m. 07 May - David arrived on time. Estimate given and an agreeable date and time was established. - 18 May @ 8:00 a.m. 18 May - Because it was raining, the start date was moved to Tuesday, May 19 @ 8:00 a.m. 19 May - David and laborer arrived and work started. 19 May - Laborer returned and painted the repaired wall. Work completed.

The process was completed via phone call and email. David emailed me the day before they were to paint and gave me a time. They were there punctual and got right to work. They scraped the old paint off, caulked, primed and painted before I realize they were done. I have a very high pitched sides and back to my house which is why I did not paint it myself. They cleaned up after themselves and put everything back that they moved. Very professional and would use them again.

This is the second time I have used this comapny and they will now be the only painters I contact to handle things. These guys are great!! David came when scheduled to bid, I feel the bid was extremely reasonable given they were doing a two story closet tear out of existing builder grade materials. They skillfully patched and painted and were extremely professional throughout the process. The team showed up exactly when they said they would, they performed the work beyond the expectations that I had and they were done when they indicated they would be done. They also taped off everything to keep it tidy during and cleaned up after the work was complete. They are great, I have recommended to neighbors already and I will continue to use them because they just make things easy.

David provided a print out of a quote to paint the exterior of our home. One quote for the "standard" paint and another for using the highest quality paint. We chose to go with the highest quality paint. We provided our chosen paint palette from those allowed by our HOA. We set up the time frame for the painting event with David. The crew arrived on time the first day to power wash and prep the house. The next day was the painting day. It took a good seven to eight hours for a single story house of approx. 1150 square feet circumference; this included getting up on the roof to paint the chimney and above the patio cover (it was difficult to reach but they succeeded). I would like to add at this point that the other two companies we requested quotes from said they could not paint above the patio cover and could only paint as far as they could reach; it's a solid Alumawood patio cover so in order to paint the eaves it would have to be accessed by getting on the roof. DC was the only company out of the three that said they could do it (and they did)! The third day was for painting the front door, iron work on the patio and side wrought iron gate, as well as clean up of masking paper, ladder, and other miscellaneous supplies. We were inside while the front door was being masked off and painted. When the painter started painting the front door, we smelled some of the paint fumes so we masked the door even more with our own painters tape from the inside which took care of the odor from wafting in any further. That was the only inconvenience throughout the process; dealing with paint fumes for a few minutes but not a huge deal. Everything was officially done around noon on the third day. Once done, one of the crew members asked us to inspect their work and let us know if there was anything we wanted them to touch up. We checked but they were so good with attention to detail we didn't find anything that needed touch ups. Throughout three day process, the crew were friendly, professional and masked off areas very well. We do not see any overspray at all.

This company is amazing. I called them, scheduled an appointment, they came out, quoted, did the job as promised, and took meticulous care not spill paint. They were beyond professional. All the areas to be painted were taped off and when the tape was removed, it was beautiful to see that there wasn't any bleeding. Prior to their arrival, we had pigeon spikes installed on our two front windows, and the DC crew painted them white to match the house, we can't even see the spikes when driving up to the house. Our patio ceiling was painted to perfection, our window trims couldn't have been done better, and my husband and I are so pleased with the work they did ! We will absolutely be hiring them again when our house needs to be repainted. It's so refreshing to find such quality work - thank you DC painting for an outstanding job!

On 2/22/15 David stopped by to provide me an estimate and information for the exterior painting of my house. I already chose the colors. The thing that impressed me most about DC Painting during the estimate was that David was extremely detailed in providing me options and helpful in explaining to me what I did not understand. After we walked around the house and I provided him with the color codes, he went to his vehicle and printed out a line by line, detailed estimated of everything that was included in the price. In other words, every single proposed action from preparation to clean up was described and the specific brands of paint, materials and color codes were printed out based on my desired color scheme. The estimate is helpful in that it gives you a choice. You can choose a decent mid-grade paint or upgrade to a premium grade. You can simply have the stucco painted or pay an additional charge to have all stucco primed first before it is painted (recommended if you have cracks in your stucco). I chose both the premium grade and the stucco priming options. It made the overall price higher, but I think this will result in better adhesion and more resistance to the effects of heat and sun. It will be less expensive in the long run because it will last longer. After reviewing the detailed estimate, I called David on 2/24/15 to schedule the work and took the first available time slot of April 6,7 and 8. Barring any rain or high winds, this is basically a three day job. DC Painting is in high demand so you have to be willing to wait about a month and a half to get the work done. That is why I recommend scheduling the work as soon as you feel comfortable with the estimate. Putting off the scheduling will just result in a longer than necessary wait. Another strong point of DC Painting is their excellent communication skills. The night before April 6 I received a confirmation email from David just to remind me of the work that would start the next day. He arrived with the painters each day to personally communicate to me what portions of the work would be done. And whenever I had a question, David was always available whether I wanted to text, email or call him. His rapid replies to my questions and concerns help to ensure that we are both on the same page. These strong communication skills are an essential component that helps to set him apart from competitors. Monday was basically a day for caulking, power washing and preparing the house for the job. Most of Tuesday was spent priming and painting the overhand and fascia boards. And then on the final day, the winds died down enabling the painters to do all the stucco and iron gate priming and painting. The whole crew was very well organized and skilled at every aspect of the job. The steps they took to protect the surrounding property including the application of taped floor covering around the house, taping up all knobs and then covering and sealing all windows and doors with plastic sheeting was very reassuring. This reflected that DC Painting cared about my property. At the end I started to really admire the finished result. I would walk around the house and walk away from the house to get a good overall view. I was amazed. I only found one area that needed to be touched up and that just took a few seconds. The finished product reflects not only quality of materials, but most importantly a quality of workmanship. These painters know what they are doing and worked very diligently each day. I would highly recommend DC Painting for any type of residential paint job that you need.

It went GREAT!! David showed on time for the bid, his team showed on time for the work and it was competed with the utmost professionalism and precision. My garage almost looked too nice to park in. I have recommended him to my neighbor who loved the work and actually have them coming back for another project at the end of April. They make doing jobs around the house very easy!!!!

David was quick to reply to my inquiry - quick to visit the house and quick to provide an estimate. Painters were personable and professional. Work was completed on schedule in 3 one day sessions. They left a few spots of paint on the tile floor, which David offered to have them come back to clean. Overall an Excellent job done exactly as we wished.

Work was done on time and to the estimate. This company goes the extra mile to communicate and provide the best service. David came out to review the project before they started, his crew was going to be late due to a family emergency, but he called me twice and came back when the crew arrived. They were very professional and cleaned up the site after they were finished. I will definitely use them again.

The men were here for about 6 hours and did a terrific job. Very neat and clean. Place looks great. Also, they cleaned up the grounds of scrapings, and left it just as it was. You can't go wrong with this excellent company.

They started with power washing the house, then did extensive stucco repair, mostly on surrounding walls. They even repaired the stucco damage behind shrubs. The texture matched my older stucco very well. They covered all patio furnishings and sidewalks before painting. After painting everything on the exterior, they did an amazing clean up. My house and surrounding walls look beautiful. I would highly recommend David and his crew, they are truly talented and professional.

David made the estimate and was on time for the appointment. The estimate was reasonable and we accepted without getting another estimate, which included painting the metal railing around the balconies (2) and painting the outside doors (10). The frames around the doors were flaking and needed sanding/scraping. The doors on the westside were in bad shape due to the cheap paint the builder put on them and damage caused by the sun. DC used a good quality paint. An appointment was scheduled and Waldimire and Melvin, painters, showed up on time for two days and worked very hard to get the job done. They prepped the job and had no over-spray and cleaned up like they had not been there. There was no paint on the plants near the back door. They scraped off the old paint on the railings down to the metal and put a primer on before painting, which should have been done by the builder. They were very personable, polite, and professional. They did an excellent job and cleaned up the mess. We were very happy with their work, which is a reflection on DC Painting. Should we need painting in the future, they will get the call. .
