David came out and gave me an estimate for painting the house. This included all of the prep work, painting the garage door, and the pressure washing. The estimate contained all of the details that his crew would perform. All of the crew members were very professional and respectful of my house and property. I did not like the color of paint they were using (my fault) and David was very professional about changing out the paint color with a reasonable price adjustment. I would definitely hire this company again.

They did an excellent job and I am using for a 2nd project to paint a couple of interior bedrooms and later to paint to the whole house.

DC Painting LLC / David Cordon did an excellent job! He was our second estimate and saved us $900! He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and gave us a detailed written estimate, whereas the other provider didn't. He and his crew worked with our schedule, fitting us in before the holidays. His workmen showed up on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up each day. You can't even tell where they fixed the walls. They scraped off the old chipped stucco sections down to the cinder blocks, washed, sealed, stucco-ed, and painted the walls. We will definitely use DC Painting LLC for any future work and highly recommend them! Thanks, David!

Very prompt. House was vacant so we gave key and alarm code. Cleaned up afterwards and followed up with any last minute requests and details.

I own a 2700 sq ft two story home in Henderson, NV. I also should note that I am an out of state owner and had to rely and trust that DC would fulfil their promise. It needed to be painted as it had not been painted since new and is now about 11 years old. I contacted 3 contractors from Angie's List and to be honest, I believe all of would do a great job, I met each of them as I was in the Vegas area. The quotes were all in the same ballpark, give or take a couple hundred dollars. DC was a bit more, but honestly I felt that their experience, and David's attention to detail in describing their work and what they would do made it a pretty easy choice. We had a little bit of negotiation, but mostly around the kind of paint being used. DC was very accommodating and we quickly closed the deal and within a couple days had dates scheduled to do the work. I have three colors on my house and it was there was no concern with DC on managing that plus the gates were being re-done. We painted everything to the existing colors. DC's crew was on time as promised. They ran into some issues with weather as it got windy and that delayed them, they kindly came and removed the window protection, etc... as we now ran into the Thanksgiving holiday. They were right back the following week, with good warmer weather and no wind, it was actually better overall. My tenant in my home watched their work and being in the building trade himself had nothing but the highest praise for how the work was going, how professional they were and their attention to detail. That made me feel great as I typically like to be around when projects are happening. I was able to get to Vegas on the way home from a business trip for a day to see how everything looked. It was great! The house was awesome, the gates looked brand new, the garage door looked flawless and all the cracks, holes and bottom trim areas were all well taken care of, just as expected when David described the work they would be doing. Overall, I couldn't be happier and look forward to having DC back when it's time to do the interior of the house, the garage and garage floor. Thanks DC... Great Job!

I was quite surprised when I received a call saying that the painters were at the house and wanted to know if anyone was home. I never received a call confirming the date and time that the work would be done. WhenIi questioned the lack communication, I was told that that they had sent emails (to an email address that I did not have access to this week) but I had never responded. Since I never responded by email, I do not know why they did not call me ahead of time to make sure that I would be home. I made a call to the office and got things cleared up. Oh well; it all worked out by luck. The workers were friendly and went about their business. They asked me a couple of questions and I asked them a couple of questions and then we went on with our business. The work that was performed looks great. I asked the supervisor to have his men provide him with a quote to paint my patio cover another time, so I hope that they provide me with the quote. I would like to consider them for future work.

David Cordon sent two painters out on 12/21/2015 to paint the Fascia on our house. They sanded and scraped the old paint off, caulked where necessary, and after putting on a primer coat finished with the final coat of paint. They color matched the paint perfectly. The two painters were friendly, professional and did an excellent job! We would recommend DC Painting LLC to anyone looking for a reasonable price and a quality job very well done! We would definitely use them in the future for any other painting projects. Also, must mention they arrived on time and cleaned up any debris when they were finished with the job. Thank You! I don't remember the time before this that I got exactly what I asked for, exactly when I asked for it, and was totally satisfied with the results. Their communication and punctuality were just what you hope for in a service provider.

They showed up on time. Did a fine job repainting the trim. They were completed in a few hours on our two story home.

Mr. Cordon came out and gave my a printed estimate of the cost to do what I wanted. I requested his services at the time of the estimate. He gave me a date approximately 2 weeks later. The night before they were to do the work he called to remind me that his team was coming out the next day. They showed up on time and worked diligently , both of the men were respectful and they did an excellent job. Everything was completed in 2 days. They cleaned up after themselves, they only left a fresh looking house. I highly recommend his services. A++

David and crew just completed an interior paint job of our 3,400 sq ft home. We hired this company because of the professional presentation/estimate that we received from the David, the company owner. The quote we received was on-par with other estimates, if not lower. Three crew members worked for 9 days on our home, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or longer. They were very courteous and diligent. They worked quickly but with great care. They painted every surface including base boards, moldings, and doors. The lines between the white ceilings and colored walls were perfectly even. The paint was evenly coated, even at the highest point of our cathedral ceilings. We are amazed at the quality of the work and are extremely satisfied with the outcome. Considering the skill and effort of this company, we received a great value and the interior of our home ls stunning.

The crew was on time and completely focused on the job. They did a great job. The trim was done first and then the garage door. It looks like brand new. I was very impressed with the quality of their work and work ethic. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs to have this done.

The exterior trim on my house was cracked and peeling and it now looks like new. There were difficult areas to reach due to landscaping and proximity to pool and patio but he was able to repair them all.

I found DC painting on Ange's list because it has very good reviews, so I contact them for fascia board repaint estimate and possible exterior repaint, David Cordon came over walked around the house with me and explained the job detail that will be performed on the house, he was very friendly, professional and efficient, the estimate came back in 10 minutes, and the price was surprisely reasonable(compare to my a few of my neighbors' cost ), I decided to use his company right away. The job was finished in two days, both days the crew arrived on time and left with no trash behind. They power washed the walls, caulked around all windows, penetrations and sealed metal on bottom of stucco, tape covered all the windows and doors, it's a lot work in two days around 100F in Vegas. Now my house looks brand new with the fresh paint, all the chipped fascia board was caulked prior to the painting, it looks very smooth. Thank you David and your wonderful crew, you guys did a great job, I will definitely use your company again in the future and recommend to my neighbors and friends.

this was an excellent experience----- David came out 9/17 to give an estimate which I accepted We scheduled the work for !0/5 but Mother Nature thought otherwise requiring we push back 2 days On 10/7 Jorge arrived approx 8:20am and commenced getting to work----He is very professional & very cordial The job was completed a little after 4pm and was very well done The work area was completely cleaned and he took all the waste with him I wholeheartedly endorse David and his crew

They did a wonderful job and the painters were very nice. The work was done while I was at work and everything was clean by the time I got home.

Excellent work! Performed all work as outlined in their estimate. Completed the job on time as scheduled. House looks better than when the builder turned it over to us new a decade ago.

Called this Provider twice he has a recording to leave your number and a message, but no call back... I think I called this Painter last year and same results. Just FYI Don't expect a call back...

Yay! Finally a great painting service! Purchased the Deal for one bedroom and added a second at a great price, too! I'm thrilled with this excellent job. Arrived exactly on time, no mess, super nice guys. Looking forward to more projects soon.

They did a really good job. They were very punctually. They guy that came was very nice and efficient. Once he was don't it was beautiful and got the color perfect.

I found David based on his excellent ratings on Angie's List. Believe the hype! From the first contact, to the estimate process, to the final painting, everything was excellent. David was very thorough during the first walk-through and was able to include all of the relevant details in his estimate. He was at all times easy to reach. His painters were prompt and courteous. I would hire David again for future paint jobs.
