Great! I'm a remote owner, and rent out the house. Even though I wasn't there to oversee the work David and his team did a great job, great communicator, and did quality work.

They did a fantastic job; they did a great job. My doors look fantastic, very nice; and they cleaned up when they were done.

These men are professional, very neat and do what they say they're going to. They use high quality paints. I can't say enough about these people. For the mop boards, they gave me a quote of $750. It didn't take as long as they estimated and I only paid $650. They even did some touch up work, that they didn't even have to. At 80 years old, I'm very impressed. On a 1-10 scale, I would give them a 12!

Explained process very well. Showed up on time and was very professional. Completed in a timely manner and completly cleaned up after them selves.

DC Painting just painted the exterior of a rental property in which the wood & stucco were in really bad shape. His crew did a great job on stucco repair and prep work; scraping & priming the wood trim as promised. The house looks awesome now & we are so pleased. The crew was on time, very courteous & cleaned up when they were finished. I will certainly use DC Painting in the future and will refer him to friends & family

The painting job went great as DC Painting helped us match the color of the wall by making good suggestions and providing several paint samples. The job was completed as discussed and we are very pleased with the results and cost. Service provider was very responsive. Quote\cost higher than another service, but DC was able to match the previous color, got the work done quickly, efficiently and to my HOA's satisfaction.

Did not hire him. His quote for the entire job was $5,400 which I thought was high. I asked for a quote (twice) to paint just the fascia and he did not respond.

Fabulous work by DC Painting!!! David itemized all that was to be done and gave us a very fair price. Earlier in the week David's team pressure washed the house and pushed away the stones along the base of the house. The painters were meticulous, professional, polite and very willing to answer any questions. The trim, garage door, front doors and separate painting of the pillars on the back wall were all done beautifully. We highly recommend David and his team to all .

DC Painting assisted with exterior trim. We needed it painted due to fade and overall wear and tear. They did an excellent job, responded quickly and showed up just as promised. Will use again!!

They were very reasonably priced and did a good job. They did an excellent job of clean up, also. They suggested a highly rated type of paint, and I'm glad I went with them. They were prompt and did everything they said they would.

Pressure washed entire areas being painted, repaired all minor stucco issues (house is 27 years old), caulked all windows, new weather stripping on door, painted entire exterior of house, inside of the brick wall in backyard, exterior of brick wall (corner house), gate, security screen door, and outside of front door. Took less than 3 days and looks amazing. The entire property now looks brand new on the outside. Couldn't be happier, especially for the price ($2600 total for everything)

Changed out all outside wall lights (8), installed new weather stripping I had purchased. Painted all exterior doors (5) including garage doors (3 car). Did not charge extra for any of these additional items. Crew was professional and cleaned up after themselves.

David Corden came to house and gave a no fuss, no muss bid, including any Angies List and Senior discount. Went over extensively, all they would do. Price quote was very fain and no upfront money was requested. The deal, pay when you alre satisfied. Three painters showed up on time as scheduled at 8:00AM. The spray washed entire house, removed wall hangings, removed rack from foundation and taaped some windows. they scraped and caulked the trim and other areas on the main body and primed the entire trim. they returned the second ay and totally taped windows, porch and patio. They worked until 7PM. They painted trim and main exterior and cleaned up and touched up all areas. These men were very polite and considerate of our needs. They worked very hard and did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone. DC Paining is very consumer friendly and gives you complete breakdown on paint and labor in writing. No contract to sign. They trust you and I trust them. Something very unusual here in Las Vegas.

Very professional. It only took them two days to power wash the house, caulk any cracks, then paint 3-color scheme, plus the two retaining walls. I would definitely recommend them to anyone planning exterior paint, and I would definitely use them again.

They did a great job! our house is approx. 2400 sq. ft., DC Painting was the middle bid (of 3) we received. I was very pleased with their service from start to finish. When David came out to bid the job, he explained the different techniques/products that needed to be used where and why, which was extremely helpful. They painted the different trim areas of my home to my exact specifications (which were many). The hand painted detail work is nothing short of amazing! They took great care in prep covering landscape, raking away from the base of house where needed, covering all sidewalks, etc., anything that could possibly be damaged. Clean up was also above expectations. Upon completion, a member of the crew walked around the property with me so I could look at every detail to see if I thought any part needed attention. I look forward to using DC Painting again and recommend everyone to check them out before choosing your next painting provider.

DC Painting power washed, etched, and epoxy coated our 2 car garage floor, including flakes and a sealer coat. They always kept us informed on when they would arrive at the house and what they were doing each day. They always arrived when promised. It was a three day project to do the floor. DC Painting listened patiently to all our questions and provided helpful advice. They did a great job and we're very happy with their work. They were meticulous in cleaning up around the floor and leaving it looking very professional. We'd be happy to use DC Painting again.
